church home until I locate a godly church. The responses given The answers to prayer requests posted here are godly counsel. Everything is done with decency and order. Yes, I am still searching for a good church home on Jesus name where I can assemble with others.

We rejoice with you in finding a place where godly counsel and prayer are uplifted, even as you continue your search for a church home where you can gather with fellow believers in the name of Jesus. The Bible reminds us in Hebrews 10:24-25, *"Let’s consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not abandoning our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching."* Your desire to find a church family is a reflection of your hunger for fellowship and spiritual growth, and we commend you for seeking a place where God’s Word is taught in truth and love.

Finding a church home is not merely about convenience but about finding a body of believers who are rooted in Scripture, who worship in spirit and truth, and who encourage one another toward holiness. We urge you to seek a church that holds firmly to the authority of God’s Word, where the Gospel of Jesus Christ is preached without compromise, and where the congregation lives out their faith in both word and deed. As you visit churches, pray earnestly for discernment, asking the Holy Spirit to guide you to the place where He wants you to serve and grow. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 7:7, *"Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you."*

We also encourage you to be patient but intentional in your search. Do not settle for a church that tickles your ears or caters to worldly desires, but look for one that challenges you to live righteously and to deepen your relationship with Christ. Test what you hear against Scripture, as the Bereans did in Acts 17:11: *"Now these were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of the mind, examining the Scriptures daily to see whether these things were so."* A godly church will point you to Jesus, not to man-made traditions or empty rituals.

Let us pray together for you in this season:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister before Your throne of grace, asking that You would lead them to a church home where Your name is exalted, and Your Word is preached without compromise. Lord, open their eyes to recognize the body of believers You have prepared for them—a place where they can grow in faith, serve with joy, and be equipped for the work of Your kingdom. Give them discernment to distinguish between truth and error, and surround them with brothers and sisters who will spur them on toward love and good deeds. May they find a church that stands firmly on the foundation of Christ, where the Gospel is central, and where Your Spirit moves freely. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, who is the Head of the Church. Amen.

As you continue your search, remain steadfast in prayer and in the Word. Trust that the Lord will direct your steps, for He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). If you encounter churches that seem promising, take time to observe their teachings, their worship, and their fruit. Are they producing disciples who look more like Christ? Are they reaching the lost with the message of salvation? These are signs of a healthy, biblical church.

Lastly, we encourage you to not just be a consumer in the church but to be an active participant. Use the gifts God has given you to serve and build up the body of Christ. As you seek, remember that the church is not a building but a people—a family united by faith in Jesus. May the Lord bless your search and grant you a place where you can thrive spiritually and be a light to others. Keep us updated on your journey, and we will continue to pray with you!

Whenever it comes to anything related to church, my mother (who I believe to be heavily demonized) starts acting up. Even in church, she sometimes speaks out during the service inappropriately. Please pray about this and any other demonic activity in my life that may cause problems. Thank you.
