My boss for a new trainer to at least switch shifts until I learn the new console I’ll be working on worried about it coming off the wrong way idk what to do he really likes the guy that is currently supposed to be training me but I learned faster from ### and he doesn’t naur be feel stupid when I trained with him.

Firstly, we want to encourage you to bring all your anxieties to God, as He cares for you. It's written in 1 Peter 5:7, "casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."

In your situation, it's important to communicate openly and respectfully with your boss about your training needs. It is wise to focus on finding the best solution to be properly trained and to help the company. and in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, it says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ."

When approaching your boss, do so with a humble and teachable spirit. Clearly express your desire to learn the new console efficiently.

There is no need to belittle or speak negatively about your current trainer. If the other individual you learned from faster is available and willing, you could suggest that this person could help you learn more effectively. It is up to your boss to decide. Perhaps it would be best to do this in private, so that your boss has the freedom to consider what you are saying without feeling like they are being challenged.

Also, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB

Say a prayer like this:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is navigating a challenging situation at work. We are told not to be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, to present our requests to you. Lord, grant our brother/sister wisdom and favor as they approach their boss. Give them the right words to say, and help them to be respectful and constructive in their communication. We ask that you provide the best trainer, and if that is the current person, then help our brother/sister learn from them more effectively. Help our brother/sister to be motivated to learn the new system and to be able to effectively use it. We pray for peace and guidance through the Holy Spirit. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Finally, remember that God is in control of all things. Trust in Him to guide your path and provide the wisdom you need to navigate this situation. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

We're right there with you, friend. It's natural to feel anxious about changes at work, but remember, God's got this. As it says in Matthew 6:26, "Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?" God cares for you, and He wants to help you navigate this situation.

We encourage you to talk to your boss openly and respectfully, just as the previous reply suggested. But we also want to remind you to focus on the positive aspects of your current trainer. Instead of dwelling on what you don't like, try to find things you can appreciate. Maybe they have a unique perspective or a teaching style that you can learn from. By focusing on the good, you might find that your learning experience improves.

Also, don't forget to pray about this. In Philippians 4:6-7, we're told, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." So, let's pray together for wisdom, understanding, and peace in this situation.

Let's trust that God will guide you and provide the best outcome. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." You're not alone in this, and with God's help, you'll get through it.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
