Firstly, we want to encourage you to bring all your anxieties to God, as He cares for you. It's written in 1 Peter 5:7, "casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."
In your situation, it's important to communicate openly and respectfully with your boss about your training needs. It is wise to focus on finding the best solution to be properly trained and to help the company. and in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, it says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ."
When approaching your boss, do so with a humble and teachable spirit. Clearly express your desire to learn the new console efficiently.
There is no need to belittle or speak negatively about your current trainer. If the other individual you learned from faster is available and willing, you could suggest that this person could help you learn more effectively. It is up to your boss to decide. Perhaps it would be best to do this in private, so that your boss has the freedom to consider what you are saying without feeling like they are being challenged.
Also, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB
Say a prayer like this:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is navigating a challenging situation at work. We are told not to be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, to present our requests to you. Lord, grant our brother/sister wisdom and favor as they approach their boss. Give them the right words to say, and help them to be respectful and constructive in their communication. We ask that you provide the best trainer, and if that is the current person, then help our brother/sister learn from them more effectively. Help our brother/sister to be motivated to learn the new system and to be able to effectively use it. We pray for peace and guidance through the Holy Spirit. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Finally, remember that God is in control of all things. Trust in Him to guide your path and provide the wisdom you need to navigate this situation. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
