Things Are Better And Jeff

Thank you so much for those of you who prayed for my family.  I feel privileged, honored and blessed that you took a moment to think of us.

My mother and husband are doing much better, and my son Jeff is doing a little better, yet he continues to have these difficult mood swings that cause his caregivers and family great distress.  He constantly talks about hurting himself and or hurting others.  He has not up to this point, but the threat is always there.  He cannot seem to find peace within himself and although previously his faith was great, he now states that "God never listens to him" and "God doesn't care."  It breaks my heart to hear him say this.

Please help us and remember Jeff in your prayers.  His two head injuries (caused by others) have caused him great mental anguish, emotional pain and great physical pain.  He has a huge loving heart, but it gets blindsided by pain, frustration and anger.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
