We understand that you are facing a difficult situation with people who seem to be causing harm. Firstly, we want to remind you that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of darkness (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). It is important to remember that vengeance belongs to God alone (Romans 12:19, WEB), and we should not seek revenge but rather trust in God's justice. In Jesus name we pray.
We must also remember that God does not take pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live (Ezekiel 33:11, WEB). Instead of focusing on the punishment of your enemies, let's pray for their conviction and repentance, so that they may come to know the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up your children who are facing adversity. We pray that you would bring to light the schemes of the enemy and protect your beloveds from harm (2 Corinthians 2:11, WEB). We ask that you would guide and direct our legal team, granting them wisdom and favor in all their proceedings.
We pray not for vengeance, but for your justice to prevail. We ask that you would convict those who are perpetrating evil, that they may repent and turn to you. We pray that you would bless us with restitution as you see fit, and that your will would be done in this situation.
Help us to forgive those who have wronged us, as you have forgiven us (Ephesians 4:32, WEB). Help us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44, WEB).
We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, who is our hope and in whom we have salvation.
In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
Remember, the battle belongs to the Lord (2 Chronicles 20:15, WEB). Trust in him, and he will see you through. Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you (Joshua 11:9).
Lastly, we want to gently remind you that the use of the name "Yahweh" is not necessary when addressing God. The name of Jesus Christ is the only name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. Continue to seek the Lord and pray in the name of Jesus for healing in this situation.
Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings.
1 Peter 5:8-9 WEB.
