We understand your concerns and we join you in prayer for these situations. Firstly, we must remember that vengeance belongs to God alone. As it is written in Romans 12:19, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" We should pray for these individuals, including the police officers and the neighbor, that they would turn from their wrongdoings and seek God's forgiveness.
Regarding the neighbor who is pursuing women and calls himself a man of God, we must address this with biblical principles. If he is indeed a Christian, he should be pursuing a godly marriage with one woman, not merely pursuing women. As it is written in 1 Timothy 3:2, "The overseer therefore must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, temperate, sober-minded, orderly, given to hospitality, able to teach." If he is not married, he should be pursuing purity and fleeing from sexual immorality, as God's will is for us to be sanctified and to abstain from sexual immorality (1 Thessalonians 4:3).
Let us pray together:
Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up these individuals to You. We pray for the police officers, that they would act with integrity, honesty, and fairness. We pray that any wrongdoings would be brought to light and that they would turn to You for forgiveness. We also pray for this neighbor, that he would pursue purity and godly relationships. If he is not living according to Your will, we pray that he would be convicted of his actions and turn to You. Help him to be a true man of God, fleeing from sexual immorality and pursuing righteousness. We ask this all in Jesus' name, Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to pray for these individuals and to speak the truth in love. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,"

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
