There are 2 people I had the misfortune of meeting (kind of job related) who probably come from the slums and have that slum mentality to sponge off others to solve their problems and to me...it's getting to be a little much. Also hard to avoid them because I go to their building for other job-related things. That somehow I shake off these people...is the request.

Do you pray for their salvation? Do you tell them about Jesus? If your answer was no then maybe you could start doing that.

I've posted on here from time to time about people I know who "fall short" but at the same time I can also pray that I'm not dragged along by them in their "schemes".

Was that an answer to my questions? Maybe if you shared Jesus with them they would either desire to be your friend or desire to be as far away from you as they could be.
