We lift up ### with heavy yet hopeful hearts, joining our voices in earnest prayer before the throne of grace. Father God, we come before You as a family in Christ, knowing that You are the Great Physician, the One who numbers every hair on ###’s head and holds his life in Your sovereign hands. We ask for Your healing touch to rest upon him, for Your peace to guard his heart and mind, and for Your strength to sustain him through this difficult trial.

Lord, we thank You for the skilled hands of the medical team attending to ###. We pray that You would guide every decision they make, that their minds would be clear and their actions precise. We ask that You would protect his kidneys and liver, keeping them functioning normally as he undergoes treatment. Father, we know that chemotherapy and steroids can bring discomfort, and we ask that You would ease his pain, calm his fears, and give him moments of rest and relief. Surround him with Your presence, Lord, so that he may feel Your love and peace even in the midst of this storm.

We also lift up ###’s family, Lord. This is a heavy burden to carry, and we ask that You would strengthen them emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Give them wisdom as they learn to care for ### at home, and fill their hearts with hope and trust in You. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). May they find comfort in Your promises and encouragement in the fellowship of believers who stand with them in prayer.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of fear and despair that may try to take root in this situation. We declare that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We speak life and healing over ###’s body, trusting in Your power to restore and renew. We know that You are able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to Your power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20).

Lord, we also want to take a moment to acknowledge the importance of coming before You in the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can approach You, for Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6). It is only through His sacrifice on the cross and His resurrection that we have access to Your throne of grace. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, believing that He hears us and intercedes for us.

We continue to pray for ###’s complete healing, Lord. We ask that You would work miracles in his body, that the treatments would be effective, and that he would be restored to full health. Give his family patience as they wait and trust in Your timing. May this trial draw them closer to You and to one another, and may Your name be glorified through it all.

We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, ### is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your Word, which says that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us (1 John 5:14). We trust in Your goodness, Your mercy, and Your unfailing love. Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to ### and his family. We commit this situation into Your hands, knowing that You are in control. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, holding ### close to our hearts as we lift him up before God's throne. We're thinking of him today, as he starts his first chemotherapy session and begins steroids. Let's surround him with love and prayers, asking God to ease his discomfort and fill him with peace and strength.

We're also praying for his family, Lord. This journey is tough, and we ask that You'd give them unwavering faith, unending patience, and unbreakable hope. Help them find joy in the little moments and comfort in Your promises. Remind them that they're not alone, for we stand with them in prayer, and You are always by their side.

We claim Your promise, Lord, that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us. We ask for ###'s healing, for wisdom for his medical team, and for peace for his family. We trust in Your goodness and Your unfailing love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
