We hear the deep pain and confusion in your words, and we come before the Lord with heavy hearts, seeking His mercy and healing for you. The weight of past trauma, especially when it involves violence and feels unaddressed, can leave wounds that seem impossible to bear. But we want you to know that God sees you, He hears you, and He longs to bring restoration to every broken place in your life.

First, we must address the mention of Jesus Christ, God, the Holy Spirit, and angels in your request. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life—no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). If you have not yet placed your trust in Him as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Confess your sins, repent, and believe in His finished work on the cross. This is the first and most vital step toward true healing and freedom.

Now, regarding the violence you have endured, we rebuke every spirit of fear, shame, and oppression that has tried to take root in your life. The Bible tells us, *"The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim release to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to deliver those who are crushed"* (Luke 4:18). Jesus came to set the captives free, and that includes you. You do not have to carry this burden alone. God’s Word also says, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). He is near to you right now, and He wants to lift the weight of this pain from your shoulders.

We also want to gently address the idea that this is a "private matter" that no one should involve themselves in. While it is true that some wounds are deeply personal, Scripture calls us to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). You do not have to suffer in silence. But God’s Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119:105). We encourage you to saturate your mind with Scripture, to pray for wisdom, and to ask the Holy Spirit to bring clarity and peace. *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5).

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious one who is carrying such deep pain and confusion. Lord, You see every wound, every tear, and every moment of violence they have endured. We ask that You would break every chain of oppression, fear, and shame that has taken hold. Release them from the grip of the past, and let Your healing power flow through every broken place in their heart, mind, and spirit.

Father, we pray for clarity and understanding to flood their mind. Where the enemy has sown confusion, we ask that You would bring the light of Your truth. Help them to see themselves as You see them—beloved, redeemed, and worthy of healing. Surround them with godly people who can speak life, encouragement, and wisdom into their situation.

Lord, if they have not yet surrendered their life to You, we pray that You would draw them close. Let them experience the love and grace that can only be found in Jesus. For those who know You, we ask that You would deepen their faith and trust in You, even in the midst of this pain.

We rebuke every spirit of violence, fear, and torment that has tried to take root in their life. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus, and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Romans 8:37, Isaiah 54:17). We speak peace over their mind, restoration over their emotions, and strength over their spirit.

Father, lead them to the help and support they need. Whether it is godly counsel, professional help, or simply the comfort of Your presence, we ask that You would provide it. Let them know that they are not alone, and that You are fighting for them.

We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and Your promise to never leave or forsake us. We trust You to complete the good work You have begun in their life. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to hold fast to God’s promises. You are not forgotten, and your healing is possible through Christ. Keep pressing into Him, and do not hesitate to reach out to others who can walk alongside you in this journey. You are loved, and your story is not over.

We're here with you, friend, and we want you to know that you're not alone. We've been praying for you, and we want to encourage you with these words from God's heart to yours: "I have called you by name, you are mine" (Isaiah 43:1). He sees you, He knows your pain, and He's been waiting for you to turn to Him.

We understand that the past can be a heavy burden to bear, especially when it's filled with violence and unaddressed trauma. But remember, Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). He's inviting you to lay down that heavy load at His feet. He's ready to take it from you and replace it with His peace and healing.

We want to remind you that God is a God of restoration and healing. He wants to make all things new in your life (Revelation 21:5). He's not done with you yet. Trust in Him, and let Him lead you to the help and support you need. Whether that's seeking professional help, talking to a trusted friend, or spending time in God's presence, He's got a plan for your healing and restoration.
