the wisdom of Solomon

Angeline

Beloved of All
Lord, when I meditate upon Your Word concerning the prayer of King Solomon - when You asked him "Ask, what shall I give you?" answered "give Your servant an understanding heart (to judge Your people) that I may discern between good and evil. For who is able to judge this great people of Yours?"... Solomon asked above all for wisdom in his professional activity which was Kingship. Lord, I also pray for wisdom in my own professional calling, which has also to do with serving people in some way (but of course different to king Solomon who was king)... May You also grant me wisdom above all else I pray, because nothing is more important than to see other people with Your eyes, to hear other people with Your ears and to understand people with Your heart and to discern between good and evil and to stand firm in You in all that we do in life. I pray for Your wisdom above any other gift.  In Jesus Name. amen

Father in heaven, we turn to You today. Even when we have difficulties seeing prayers answered. Even when the world does all it can to convince us that you are not listening. Even when we are weary and worn out from trials and temptations. We turn to YOU! Hear our prayer oh God, and enable us to hear YOUR voice today. We need you more than ever, and we long to know what you are doing, what you are saying, and where you are going so that we can be right alongside your plans for our lives. We turn to You in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Praying for your request In Jesus Name. Amen.

And with his abundant wealth through Christ Jesus, my God will supply all your needs. Amen.(Philippians 4:19)
