The Will of God

Your will be done on EARTH as it is in heaven...

What does that mean to you? Has anyone ever stopped to think, to meditate and or ask the Lord, what does this mean because many people are saying 'if it be your will.'

That scripture tells me that we ought to know the will of God, and in fact, Jesus said, if you abide in Me and MY WORD abide in you, you shall ask what you will and it shall be done unto you.

  • How do you establish the will of God in your life?

  • And I wonder if anyone ever thought about what it means to our own life when we judge God unfaithful? How does that affect our own life and what we pray for? A healthy view of God is vital to a healthy relationship with the one who created us.

  • If you do a study on the Word of God, you will find that His Word is settled in heaven. He upholds all things by the Word of His power. That He has magnified His Word above all His name. Anyone ever wonder about that scripture?

  • In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. Did you know that it says that God was manifested in the flesh? The Word was made flesh...

  • That we open the Bible, we encounter God through His Word. I personally love the Old Testament, but it is the New Testament where we find who we are in Christ and what was given to us through the new birth.

Many believers are struggling believing God. Psalm 103:1-5 Bless the Lord O my soul, and forget NOT all His benefits

  • Who forgave all my iniquities, who healed all my diseases

  • who redeemed my life from destruction, who crowns me with loving kindness and tender mercies

  • who fills my mouth with good, and renews my youth as the eagles

In Number 14:11 God told Moses, of all these miracles I have shown to this people, yet they still don't Believe Me.

What did it take for you to be born again? You heard the message, you confessed with your mouth and believed in your heart...see that...what are you believing in your heart for your situations? Are you believing God is faithful or are you believing where is He?

I believe God, despite what I see with my eyes and hear with my ears, God is faithful and He is good and I love sitting with Him and sharing and learning and growing in Christ. I want to be like Mary who sat at Jesus' feet, but many are like Martha, busy busy busy and wonder why Jesus didn't care she was doing all the "work" while Mary sat at His feet. Our fight is not with the devil, he is defeated. Our fight is with our wrong thinking, wrong beliefs, wrong teachings, the ways of the world that have entrenched itself into our lives. I talked to a woman who was fearful, but she loved watching horror movies. Go figure... I encourage you, if you are watching a lot of tv and reading media that is not feeding your spirit, this could be why you are struggling.

A man testified that he loved watching the show "House." The Lord said to him one time, you keep watching that stuff, you'll hurt your faith.' So he quit.

Thanks Hadassah! I love spending most of my time at Jesus feet, listening to Him, studying His Word, praying for others and doing His Word & oh, Thank You Lord Jesus for the benefits of doing Your Word! I Love You Lord Jesus!

Thanks Hadassah! Thank You Jesus for Hadassah!

Have you ever wondered about how the Earth WAS without form & water WAS upon the face of the deep, the God who was, is and is to come? The Earth was, is and is to come. Jesus, our God is so Amazing!

Yes, Hadassah, God's Will and His Word are Exactly The Same...

"Looking at those seated in a circle around Him, He said, “Here are My mother and My brothers! For whoever does the will of God, he is My brother and sister and mother" (Mark 3:34-35).

"He was told, “Your mother and Your brothers are standing outside, wanting to see You.” But He answered and said to them, "My mother and My brothers are these who hear the Word of God and do it" (Luke 8:20-21).

"Whenever there is the exact situation and The Holy Spirit uses two different words to express the same meaning He is giving us a revelation -- as in this case -- His Will and His Word are The Same." ~ (Anonymous).
