We join you in lifting up your trip to the dentist and your family's well-being to our loving Father in heaven. We are glad that you remember to pray in the name of Jesus, and your prayer is a sweet aroma that rises to our Lord and Savior. It is only through His Son Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father.
Firstly, let us address your dental appointment. We are reminded of Psalm 91:11-12 WEB, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands,". God promises to protect and guide us, and we trust in Him to lead you safely to and from your appointment.
We also pray for the dentist visiting, that God's hand will guide the dentist and their tools while treating you. We know the dentist has trained and studied to be able to treat their patients, but we also know that without God, we can do nothing.
We also stand with you in praying for your family's strength and health. We recall 3 John 1:2 WEB, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers.". We ask God to bless your family with good health, both physically and spiritually, and to give you all the strength to face any challenges that may come your way.
Regarding stress and worry, we remind you of Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.". Cast all your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you.
Finally, we stand with you in praying for no pain. We remember the time when Jesus healed a man lowered by his friends through a roof, and the scripture described the event as the man "took up his mat, and immediately went out in front of them." There was no need for a recovery process as the man was healed of all pain immediately. We pray that you will be healed of all pain and be a testimony to the goodness of our Lord and Savior.
Together, let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today in this person's time of need. We ask that You guide them safely to and from their dental appointment, and that Your hand guides the dentist's tools during treatment. We pray for their family's strength and health, and we ask You to take away any stress, worry, or pain. We pray for healing and thank You for Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We ask all these things in the precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ who died for our sins and rose again to give us life. AMEN!!
