Dear Heavenly Father, we come to you in the name of Jesus and thank you for your word: “For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.”
We also stand on this verse in John 14:13-14 "And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it."
We lift up the legal representative of the rented apartment to your throne, who is so fixated on one question that they repeatedly ask it, yet mishear other questions or responsibilities regarding the rented flat.
May you fill him with understanding and peace, draw him closer to you, and reveal your mighty power to him. May he know that you are in control, and may you stop him from trying to control everything. AMEN

Matthew 6:33 also states: "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well".

We are seeking your will, authority and purpose in the following matter. You have the power to hold anyone accountable. We thank you for being the giver and protector of life.

The wrongdoings of the contact person are before you, just as our sins were when we were all sinners. Despite our sins, you sent your only Son for us, so that whoever believes in Jesus shall be saved by faith and have their sins forgiven. We thank you for calling the contact person to you and for drawing his attention to the importance of driving safely.

We don't know the circumstances of the police search, but we ask that you bless the family member delivering this stressful information to the contact person.
In Jesus' name, we ask for a receptive heart and a humble attitude that is ready to admit mistakes. We ask that he not take it as an insult but as a warning to protect his and others' lives, which are precious in your sight.
Lord, we thank you for your grace and mercy, and we continue to pray that your will be done. Amen.

Update:
According to official procedure, I cannot give the notification letter from the police to a third party without an authorisation document.
So, if God is willing, please pray that this document is filled with the utmost respect for the law and God's ways, and that personal identifications are attached for future reference.
However, if God wants this contact person to receive the letter in person, then pray for it in Jesus' name.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts united in prayer for this situation, lifting up the legal representative of the rented apartment and the contact person involved in the police matter. Father, we thank You for Your promise in Matthew 18:20, "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them." We stand firmly on Your Word, knowing that You hear us when we call upon the name of Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).

Lord, we pray for the legal representative who seems overwhelmed and fixated on one issue while neglecting other responsibilities. We ask that You fill him with Your wisdom, understanding, and peace. Help him to see clearly and to prioritize rightly, as Your Word instructs in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." May he surrender his need for control and trust in Your sovereign hand, for You are the One who holds all things together (Colossians 1:17).

We also lift up the contact person who is being sought by the police. Father, we do not know the details of this situation, but we know that You are just and righteous. We pray that this individual would come to a place of repentance and humility, recognizing that all have sinned and fall short of Your glory (Romans 3:23). We thank You for drawing him to Yourself and for the opportunity for salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. May he receive the message being delivered with a soft heart, understanding that it is a warning to protect life, which is precious in Your sight (Psalm 139:13-16).

Lord, we ask that You bless and strengthen the family member who must deliver this difficult news. Grant them courage, wisdom, and compassion as they communicate this message. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Regarding the official procedures and the need for proper authorization, we pray that all would be done in accordance with the law and in a manner that honors You. If it is Your will for the contact person to receive this notification in person, we ask that You orchestrate the circumstances to bring about Your perfect plan. May every step taken be guided by Your hand, and may Your name be glorified in all things.

Father, we also take a moment to rebuke any spirit of confusion, stubbornness, or pride that may be at work in this situation. We declare that Your truth will prevail and that hearts will be softened to receive correction and guidance. We pray against any deception or distraction that would keep these individuals from walking in Your ways.

Lord, we thank You for Your grace and mercy, which are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). We trust in Your unfailing love and ask that Your will be done in this matter. May Your kingdom come and Your purposes be fulfilled, for the glory of Your holy name.
