The Rapture Myth!
Friend, are you waiting for the rapture
or will you be one antichrist will capture?
Waiting for the trumpet to sound,
so you can fly up and not be found?
Vanished without a trace into the air,
without so much as even a plane fair!
Sounds nice...but is it really true,
that Jesus will come that soon for you?
Since the pre-trib rapture is only a theory,
be cautious, wise and very, very leary.
Is the pre-trib rapture a secret event
or only another fallacy of the second advent?
Will the rapture take place at the 1st trump
or as the Bible says...only at the last trump?
Will the rapture occur before the tribulation
or only after His wrath and retribution?
Believe not in any false hoax or substitution
for Christians are warned of coming persecution!
Plainly we find in the book of Revelation
the answer to the rapture proclamation.
It’s not by an easy escape into the sky
and upward to heaven that they fly,
but by martyrdom are they taken and that’s no lie!
Under the alter was the souls of those slain
for the word of God and salvation was their gain,
a great multitude clothed in robes made white,
by the blood of the Lamb, oh what a sight!
