We see how Adam and Eve were in the Garden,{before the Fall, obviously}and it seemed like an at ease atmosphere.Then we see what's called"the rat race" today,people always rushing,,{and rushing you}driving like on the raceway,blasting the horn at every little delay,idolization of money,,no patience whatsoever,tailgating,{not to mention how overcrowded the world became}. And I say, isn't the rat race manmade? It can't possibly be from God,if in the Garden things were "mellow".Meaning, is deception only meaning we participate in the occult,can't it also be a mindset of the world?{The ratrace?}Also, if you don't think like them, like want to work 24/7 for money, they say YOU'RE "crazy."The ratrace from God? I don't think so. If anything, I'd say it's a worldly way of thinking, because if someone is preoccupied rushing around ,their mind is off God.You say?

The Rat Race

I believe that is Satan that is causing this" rat race" and making people insensitive to other people and always in a hurry. I have literally seen the light change and as soon as it changed people are honking at others to go. Not to mention the craziness in the stores, gas stations, etc. This morning my daughter went into pay for gas and the lady working the cashier wasn't paying attention and told her the card was declined. My daughter said she paid cash and the manager came over asked a couple of quick questions and asked the cashier why she wasn't giving my daughter her change. The cashier got mad and threw the change at her and was saying something under her breathe. Satan has been very busy wrecking chaos on the world.

Amen.Not to be outdone,I've had where someone asks me directions, in the middle of my trying to figure the best way, they get impatient and walk away.Ridiculous.

One thing about "the world" is that ,either people unconsciously copy each other, or for whatever the reason may be, something seems to become "the thing" to such an extent that it gets to the point where you see everybody doing it, and I get cynical about wondering there's anyone other than me...
