The Rapture coming "soon?"The devil has a "short time?"Just a minute.....

Here's the thing.I've heard a lot from enthusiastic Christians, even the tv ministers,, saying,"The Rapture could come before this broadcast ends.There's not one more prophecy to be fulfilled.We're "very close" to the Rapture." "All the signs are here."They say that, but if Jesus could come before the broadcast ends, that must be the longest broadcast ever, because some of those who said that, it was over 20 years ago, and the Rapture hasn't happened yet.Furthermore, when we see earthquakes, wars and rumors of wars,remember, Jesus said,"These things must happen, BUT THE END IS NOT YET."Also, "One day is with God as a thousand years."But that's fine, and according to Gods time, but here's the problem I have with that--the Rapture gets us out of problems here because we're in Heaven , and we're changed and all. But now the timing problem--I have{and have had} certain "iffy" or troublesome situations that are hanging over me in, say, 3 days time. Now if the situation is 3 days off, and the Rapture is 30 years off, do the math. The Rapture won't be on time to get me out of my situation. So I can't count on the Rapture as an escape, if it's way beyond the time of the trouble situations, see what I mean?I need MORE IMMEDIATE SOLUTIONS to my situations. See what I mean?

Every single Christian in whe whole wide world are waiting for Jesus appearing in the heaven in majesty and great glory. The signs are right here for us to see. The warming of the earth was predicted. The world will be burned by fire. Hunger, famine and all kinds of illness. We see people dying of hunger and no one helps them. False teachers and preachers shall appear. We see all of them today walking around the streets and telling lies and half truths to everyone. The rise of sin and evil and the rise of science. Atheists and agnostics reject the Lord and they think they are the gods themselves. Do not believe in Jesus and do not believe in heaven or hell. Pray for all of them please.

Yes I'm not saying it's not happening, just saying that it's not happening in time to get me out of some troublesome situations.

Look not to the rapture as an escape but as a time of great redeeming of Gods people and protection, which will take place in due timing. Know the word. For it says no one knows the day of the rapture or the Lords return, not even Jesus knows for it is the Fathers great secret, yet we will know by the signs and we need to have the discernment of the holy spirit to give us peace in all things. Right now if you have troubles you should be praying to God for a present help and relief. His word says he will not tempt us beyond what we can bare. JEsus will always give us a way out, if we should find ourself in trouble. Pray and ask Jesus for a way out. Pray and ask God for forgiveness and to handle your enemies for you. Pray and ask jesus for victory and believe on him. Remember every bad shall be turned around for our good. Every bad shalled be used for our good and for the glory of God , do not be afraid or dismay for it is in these times that we get to see God move strongly on our behalf. Yet we must have faith that God will save us as he promised. We must believe in and trust him always. Godbless you.

Our focus should be on evangelism, Jesus linked the end to the fulfillment of The Great Commission...

"And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed in the whole earth, for a testimony to all the nations; and then the end will come" (Matt 24:14).

Even in Acts before the ascension they were asking escatological questions and He redirected their focus to receiving The Holy Spirit and being His witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria then to to uttermost parts of the Earth (Acts 1:7).

I think Jesus would give us the same advice as He did the disciples...

6 "So when they came together, they asked Him, 'Lord, will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?' 7Jesus replied, 'It is not for you to know times or seasons that the Father has fixed by His own authority. 8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, and you will be My witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.'"
