The presence of all the foreigners are like thieves

Good and Faithful Servant
The presence of all the foreigners are like thieves, stealing all the locals job and would locals welcome them if the employers are playing a zero-sum game. Where locals are the losing ones from job and foreigners are the one winning through unscrupulous means just because they are foreigners but without relevant skills as mostly they degrees are purchased and due to they are cheap hence employed.

We hear your deep frustration and concern about the challenges many locals face in their own communities. It is painful to see jobs that should provide for families being filled in ways that feel unjust, especially when it appears that unfair advantages are being given to those who may not have earned them through honest means. The Bible calls us to seek justice, to work with integrity, and to care for our neighbors, especially those who are vulnerable or marginalized in their own land.

Scripture tells us in Leviticus 19:33-34, "If a stranger lives as a foreigner with you in your land, you shall not do him wrong. The stranger who lives as a foreigner with you shall be to you as the native-born among you, and you shall love him as yourself; for you lived as foreigners in the land of Egypt. I am Yahweh your God." This verse reminds us that while we are called to love and show hospitality to foreigners, we are also called to ensure that justice and fairness prevail in our societies. Love does not mean turning a blind eye to dishonesty or exploitation.

At the same time, we must be careful not to allow frustration to turn into bitterness or prejudice. In James 2:9, we are warned, "But if you show partiality, you commit sin, being convicted by the law as transgressors." Prejudging individuals based on their nationality or background, assuming all foreigners are dishonest or unqualified, can lead us away from God’s heart. Each person is made in the image of God, and our words and attitudes must reflect His love and truth.

We must also examine the role of employers who prioritize cheap labor over fair wages and honest qualifications. Proverbs 11:1 says, "A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight." When employers exploit systems, whether by hiring unqualified individuals or underpaying workers, they are participating in injustice. This is not just a problem with foreigners; it is a problem with sin in the hearts of those who seek to profit at the expense of others.

We encourage you to pray for wisdom and discernment, not just for yourself, but for leaders in government, business, and communities. Pray that God would raise up men and women of integrity who will stand against corruption and exploitation. Pray also for those foreigners who may be caught in cycles of dishonesty, that they would come to know Christ and walk in His ways.

Let us also remember that our ultimate hope is not in systems or governments, but in God. Psalm 37:5-6 says, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." Even when injustice seems to prevail, God sees and will bring about His justice in His time.

We pray with you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up the concerns of those who feel displaced and overlooked in their own communities. Lord, we ask for Your justice to prevail in the workplace. Expose dishonesty, corruption, and exploitation wherever they exist. Raise up leaders who will govern with integrity and employers who will honor both their workers and Your standards.

Father, we pray for those who are struggling to find work or who feel that opportunities are being taken from them unfairly. Provide for their needs, Lord, and give them hope. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You are their Provider and Sustainer.

We also pray for the foreigners in our midst. Soften hearts that have been hardened by bitterness or prejudice. Help us to see each person as You see them, created in Your image and worthy of dignity. For those who have come seeking a better life, draw them to Yourself. Let them find not just physical provision, but eternal hope in Jesus Christ.

Lord, we ask for wisdom for those in authority. Give them the courage to enact policies that are fair and just, protecting the vulnerable while also extending compassion to those in need. Help us all to remember that our citizenship is first in heaven, and that our ultimate allegiance is to You.

We pray for unity in our communities. Break down walls of division and mistrust. Teach us to love our neighbors as ourselves, whether they are native-born or foreign. May Your love be the foundation of all our interactions.

Finally, Lord, we rebuke the spirit of greed and exploitation that seeks to divide and conquer. We declare that no weapon formed against Your people will prosper, and that Your justice will prevail. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking God’s heart in this matter. While it is right to stand against injustice, it is also important to guard your heart against bitterness or resentment. Trust in God’s sovereignty, and ask Him to use you as an instrument of His peace and justice in your community. If you see opportunities to advocate for fair practices or to mentor others in their careers, consider how God might be calling you to be part of the solution. Above all, keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, who is our ultimate hope and the One who will one day make all things right.

We hear you, and we know that watching jobs slip away while it feels like the rules are rigged can spark frustration that cuts deep. It’s exhausting when you carry the sense that you’re losing out, and the anger keeps replaying like a loop. That’s real, and it’s okay to admit how heavy it sits.

But anger left simmering can turn inward and eat at our own peace, long before the circumstances change. One thing that helps is to catch those spikes of resentment and quietly ask yourself: what’s underneath? Often it’s fear, about providing, about being overlooked, about a future that feels uncertain. Naming that aloud to God, even in ragged words, begins to loosen its grip. He’s not put off by our honesty. Jesus knows what it is to be treated unjustly, and He invites us to trade our fierce, weary anger for the steadying weight of His presence.

If job concerns are pressing right now, we also encourage you to reach out to a pastor you trust or a local job-support group. Sometimes a listening ear and a few practical connections can make the burden feel more manageable.

Jesus, we bring the frustration and fear of this friend straight to You. Quiet their heart with the truth that their worth isn’t defined by a paycheck or a shifting economy. Guard them from bitterness, and give them the daily courage to keep moving forward. Meet their practical needs in ways only You can, and help them sense Your nearness through every uncertain step. In Your name, Amen.

The arrow of your complaint has flown from a bow of sharp distress, but let me ask: is the target indeed the foreigners, or does the ache spring from a deeper root? You speak as one who feels plundered, yet consider whether the Lord is the true keeper of your lot. Bring this very burden to Him in the secret place; make all your heart known to God and keep back nothing. He that is of clean hands and a pure heart shall dwell on high, but bitterness and suspicion will drive you into a dark wilderness. If you pour out your grievance before His throne, He will yet speak peace to your soul.

God is mighty, and despises not any. His eye looks with pity upon the poor stranger as well as upon the native son. Calmly and impartially does He deal out justice; there is no iniquity with the Lord our God, nor respect of persons. If we feel an undue esteem for some, we will soon harbor a lack of consideration for others. You cry that the foreigner is unscrupulous and unskilled, but are there no souls among them who groan after God? In the family of Grace there are some strange people; do not cast them out for their blunders. The consolations of God are not too small for you, if you have Jesus for your joy, can you be thus consumed with fears for your daily bread? Trust God with your temporal affairs, for what time you are afraid, He bids you trust in Him.

Look at the man Job: when all was stripped away, he did not conceal the words of the Holy One, nor did he rail with jealous fury against his neighbors. Instead, his soul longed to find God. Oh, that you might say, “Oh, that I knew where I might find Him!” If the love of God is in you, groaning desires after His holiness will rise up even through the smoke of your present turmoil. Pray even when God does not appear to hear. Shun the devil’s shortcut of despair, and learn to plead your cause at the mercy seat, where Christ makes intercession for the rebellious. Put your trust simply, immediately, wholly, and alone in Him who died for you, and you shall go your way filled with consolation. An hour with our God will make up for a life of pain.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You speak of foreigners as thieves, but where is this fire in you really meant to burn? Anger is a weapon God placed in the soul, not to wage war on your neighbor, but to make war on your own sins. Yet you have turned it entirely outward, letting it devour your peace and disfigure your soul with resentment. What excuse will you give when your own Master sees you refusing to show the mercy you yourself will one day beg for? You call on God for help, but how can you be heard while your heart holds such bitterness? The one who remembers wrongs practices evil in his own soul. If you want boldness in prayer, you must bring the gift God desires: forgetfulness of injuries. Lay down this grudge. Look at your own trespasses and be ashamed. The foreigners you despise are men who bear an immortal soul, honored by the same Lord with the same gifts as you. Do not forget that barbarians once came from a distant land to worship Christ with fear and trembling, while many citizens of heaven refused to bow.

The frustration you are feeling is real, and I know these circumstances can stir deep anxiety and a sense of injustice. But I want to gently turn your eyes from the storm to the One who commands the winds and waves. When we fix our gaze on the threat, whether it is a foreign army or a shifting economy, we begin to trust in the arm of flesh. Yet time and again, Scripture warns us that those who lean on human strength find it breaking beneath them like a bruised reed. The true battle is not against flesh and blood, but it is fought in the quiet place where we decide where to place our trust.

I hear the cry that your security is being stolen, that the system seems rigged against you. It echoes the fear of God’s people when they looked at the chariots of Egypt and thought, "Only this can save us." But that alliance was a revolt against the command to trust in the Lord alone. The same temptation comes to us today in different forms. We see the tangible numbers, the visible advantages others seem to gain by wrongful means, and we conclude that our help must come from fighting fire with fire. Yet the wisdom of heaven says: Woe to those who go down to Egypt for help. The answer is not to trust in our own strategies or to let bitterness become our shepherd.

God knows your situation fully. He knows your limitations. He loves you with an everlasting love, and He will take care of you. Real trust is not proven when life is sweet and the path is clear. It is forged when God is working in a way you do not understand. Like Habakkuk, we may look at what God allows and say, "Lord, I don't get it. This looks like loss. This looks like shame." But trust says, "Even so, I will wait on You. I know You are at work, and I will not put my confidence in princes or in my own frantic efforts." It is better to trust in the Lord than to have confidence in man.

So I urge you to commit your way to Him. Do not let the fear of being overlooked or cheated drive you to despair or to a hardness of heart. Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will bring it to pass. He will assemble your future in ways that no human scheme can overturn. Rest in His finished work, knowing that your standing before God does not depend on a job title or a comparative advantage. You can lean wholly on Jesus’ name and find peace, because He is able to do for you what you cannot do for yourself. Let your trust in His care become a testimony of praise, even in this dark place, that others may see and put their trust in Him.

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the heavy burden on your heart regarding the challenges your community is facing with employment and the tensions surrounding foreign workers. It is clear this situation has stirred feelings of injustice, fear, and frustration, and we have lifted each of these concerns before the Lord, asking Him to bring wisdom, healing, and truth to light.

We prayed for the locals who feel displaced and overlooked, that God would open doors of opportunity, provide for their needs, and restore their hope. We asked the Lord to expose any unrighteous practices—whether in hiring, education, or business—and to bring about fairness and integrity in every workplace. We also prayed for the foreigners among you, that God would soften hearts, break down barriers of misunderstanding, and lead them to genuine repentance if they have been part of systems that harm others.

If the Lord has moved in any of these areas—whether through changed hearts, new opportunities, or a shift in the atmosphere—we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be a source of strength for others walking through similar struggles. If, however, the situation remains unresolved or has grown heavier, please know we are still standing with you. Feel free to post this request again, and we will continue to intercede, believing that God hears the cries of His people and is at work even when we cannot yet see it.

May the Lord grant you peace that surpasses understanding, courage to speak truth in love, and the assurance that He sees every injustice and will one day make all things right. We pray this in the powerful name of Jesus.
