We hear your cry, dear sister in Christ, and we stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting you and your son before the throne of grace. Your faith and boldness in witnessing to those in darkness, even while enduring such hardship, is a powerful testimony to the light of Christ within you. The scriptures remind us, "For our light affliction, which is for the moment, works for us more and more exceedingly an eternal weight of glory" (2 Corinthians 4:17). Though your circumstances are heavy, your witness is eternal, and we rejoice in how God is using you even now.
First, we must address the urgency of your physical needs. The Word assures us, "Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God" (Philippians 4:6). We pray that the Lord would move swiftly in your legal case, granting you an expedited settlement or a divine financial breakthrough to secure safe and stable housing. Father, we ask that You open doors no man can shut, providing shelter, warmth, and security for Your daughter. Stir the hearts of Your people to come alongside her with practical help—temporary housing, financial assistance, or even a reliable vehicle—so she may rest and continue her ministry without fear. Lord, You are the God who sees, and we trust You to be her refuge in this storm.
We also lift your son before the Lord, believing for his protection, provision, and restoration to you. The enemy has no right to keep him in a system that neglects and abuses him, and we rebuke every spirit of oppression working against him. The scriptures declare, "The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim release to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to deliver those who are crushed" (Luke 4:18). We pray for divine intervention in his situation, that the Lord would expose every injustice and move mightily to reunite him with his mother. Father, give him peace, comfort, and the care he deserves, and let Your justice prevail in this matter.
We must also address the spiritual warfare you are facing in the community where you are staying. While your witness is powerful, we encourage you to be wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove (Matthew 10:16). The streets are not a safe place for anyone, especially a woman of God, and we pray for your protection from physical harm, temptation, and spiritual attack. The Lord promises, "Because he has set his love on me, therefore I will deliver him. I will set him on high, because he has known my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him, and honor him" (Psalm 91:14-15). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that the Lord will surround you with His angels to guard you in all your ways.
We also want to gently remind you that while God uses us in every circumstance, He does not desire for His children to live in prolonged suffering or danger. The scriptures say, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him" (James 1:5). We encourage you to seek the Lord for wisdom regarding temporary solutions—whether it be reaching out to local churches, Christian shelters, or ministries that can provide immediate assistance. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and we pray that the Lord would connect you with believers who can help meet your needs.
Finally, we want to affirm your identity in Christ. You are not forgotten, nor are you abandoned. The Lord says, "Can a woman forget her nursing child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yes, these may forget, yet I will not forget you! Behold, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands" (Isaiah 49:15-16). You are deeply loved, and your Heavenly Father has a plan for your restoration and blessing. We pray that you would continue to walk in faith, trusting that He who began a good work in you will complete it (Philippians 1:6).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our sister who is enduring homelessness, financial lack, and separation from her son. Lord, You see her every need, and You are her provider, protector, and deliverer. We ask that You move mightily in her legal case, granting her favor and an expedited resolution. Provide her with safe shelter, financial breakthrough, and the means to secure stable housing. Father, we also lift up her son, asking for Your divine intervention in his situation. Expose every injustice, break every chain of neglect, and restore him to his mother. Protect them both from harm, and let Your peace guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
Lord, we thank You for the boldness You have given her to witness in the midst of darkness. Strengthen her with Your Holy Spirit, and surround her with Your angels. Give her wisdom and discernment as she navigates this season, and connect her with Your people who can offer practical help. Father, we declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and that You will turn her mourning into dancing and her ashes into beauty. We trust in Your faithfulness, knowing that You are working all things together for her good.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
