The Prayer Pattern Suggested By Jesus : )

[Intercessor]

Jesus understood God's Omniscience, Concern for His Children, and Omnipotence, "For Your Father in Heaven Knows the Things You Need Before You Ask for them. Therefore Pray after this Manner" (Matt 6:8-15)...

OUR FATHER in Heaven,
We ask Your Name be honored,
We ask Your Kingdom Come,
May Your will be done on earth (perfectly & gladly) as in heaven.
Give us our daily bread again today,
Forgive our debts (sins, confess them one by one and receive forgiveness, 1 John 1:9),
We forgive all our debtors (sometimes it is wise to not put yourself in the same dangerous position like when David fled from King Saul, but still forgave him),
Protect us from sin (temptation) & Satan (deception, lies, hurt, harm, sickness or injury, to spirit, soul, body or financial [for us, our loved ones, friends and family]).
For all Power is Yours, The Kingdom belongs to you, and all power on heaven and earth is yours as well (Matt 28:18)

Thank You in Jesus Name.

Since Jesus said pray after this manner (other translations and commentators say form, or pattern), we are allowed some liberty to express our individual needs under each category. The amazing thing is that any situation imaginable can be placed under one of the categories (sickness under deliverance from evil, work situation under daily bread, problems in relationships under forgive our debtors, etc, because the Prayer is from God : )

God save, heal, protect, deliver, sanctify, set free and set apart each one of us (including myself) for the glory of God. Make us all fit for the Master’s Use.

Lead, guide, and direct our footsteps. Let Peace, Love, Joy, Hope, Faith, Excellent Health, Holiness, Wisdom, Knowledge, Understanding, Protection and Prosperity rest in each of our homes, hearts, and lives. Make our family whole in You Lord Jesus. May we all come to know You, Love You, and Obey You. Let our lives be shaped by the Word of God. Be Lord Of All in All Our Lives. And all that I have asked of You God in this prayer please do the same for the person who wrote this prayer. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen !!!
