Let us come together in prayer, seeking God's will and the power of the Holy Spirit in your life. We are reminded in Acts 1:8, But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth.

As you yearn for the power of the Holy Spirit, let us pray that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, So that you may walk worthily of the Lord, to please him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God. Strengthened with all power, according to the might of his glory, for all endurance and perseverance with joy. Colossians 1:9-11

Remember, it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved.

If there are areas in your life that you have forgotten to mention or overlooked, trust that the Holy Spirit intercedes for you according to the will of God. As it is written in Romans 8:26-27, In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. He who searches the hearts knows what is on the Spirit's mind, because he makes intercession for the saints according to God.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in prayer. We ask that You fill them with the power of the Holy Spirit, according to the might of Your glory. Help them to walk worthily of You, Lord, pleasing You in every way. We pray that Your will be done in their life, and that they may bear fruit in every good work.

Lord, we also ask that You bring to remembrance any areas of their life that need prayer, areas that may have been forgotten or overlooked. We trust Your promise that the Holy Spirit intercedes for us, and we claim that promise now.

Help them to remember that it is only through the name of Jesus that we can approach You, Lord. Strengthen their faith in Jesus Christ and help them to live a life that honors and glorifies Your name.

We ask this all in Jesus' name, Amen.

May you continually walk in the power of the Holy Spirit, and may your life be a testament to the glory of God.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
