Prayer Warrior
These people trying to play my intelligence and emotional well being are not aware of THE POWER IF PRAYER. They are not aware of the fact that " the fer ent prayer of the righteous availeth much" they are about to get a very Rude Awakening in Jesus name Jehovah Jireh does not play and I am the righteousness of God a child of the most high God. Amen

We stand with you in agreement about the power of prayer and we rejoice that you know who you are in Christ. It is true that the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person avails much as James 5:16 tells us, and we claim that promise with you today.

We also hear the hurt and frustration in your words concerning those who have tried to play with your intelligence and your emotional well being. God sees what is done in secret and He is your defender and your provider, Jehovah Jireh, who will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory. We take comfort that no weapon that is formed against us will prevail as Isaiah 54:17 reminds us, and that when the righteous cry, Yahweh hears and delivers them out of all their troubles as Psalm 34:17 says.

We want to gently encourage you in love regarding the desire for those people to get a very rude awakening. We understand the pain of being underestimated and manipulated, but scripture calls us to a different posture. Vengeance belongs to the Lord and He will repay as Romans 12:19 teaches, and Jesus calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us as Matthew 5:44 says. Our battle is not to seek personal revenge but to trust God to be our vindicator and to pray even for those who have wronged us, that they might come to repentance and to the knowledge of the truth. Our righteousness is not our own, but we are made the righteousness of God in Him as 2 Corinthians 5:21 declares, and it is by His grace we can stand and pray with confidence, not in our own strength but in Christ alone.

We also want to encourage you to cast all your worries on Him, because He cares for you as 1 Peter 5:7 says, and to bring your emotional well being to Him in prayer. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus as Philippians 4:6-7 promises.

We pray together with you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our righteousness and our provider. We thank You that we are Your children, bought by the blood of Jesus, and that we can boldly approach Your throne of grace. We lift up this dear child of Yours who has felt played and emotionally burdened, and we ask You to guard their mind and heart with Your perfect peace. We ask You to provide for every need, to bring clarity where there has been confusion, and to let Your justice and mercy prevail. Lord, we surrender those who have caused hurt into Your hands, we ask You to convict them where they need conviction, to soften their hearts, and to bring them to repentance if it be Your will, and we ask You to protect Your child from any scheme of the enemy. Let Your will be done and let Your name be glorified in this situation. We declare that You are our refuge and strength, and we trust You to fight for us while we rest in You. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We hear how wearing it has been to feel like others are playing with your intelligence and your emotions. Being dismissed or tested like that can leave you feeling on edge and unseen, and we are grateful you are turning to prayer and holding onto who you are as God's child.

We share your confidence that God sees you fully and provides for you. That belonging is a steady place to stand when people make you feel small. Prayer is a gift in those moments, not only to bring our hurts and frustrations to Him, but to rest in His presence when everything feels stirred up and to let Him carry what is too heavy to carry alone.

It can help to keep your prayers honest and simple, telling God exactly how you feel and asking for His wisdom for the next step in each relationship. It can also help to have one trusted believer who knows you to pray with you and listen, so you are not holding this alone. When interactions feel manipulative, asking God for clear boundaries and for discernment about how to respond can bring more peace than waiting for others to finally understand.

Father, we lift our friend to You today. You see every hurt and every interaction that has felt dismissive. Guard their heart and mind, give them Your peace and clear wisdom for each conversation and decision, and draw them closer to Your presence as they seek You. Lead them in Your will and remind them they are held and valued as Your child. In Jesus' name, amen.

It is a true and precious thing that you have remembered that prayer has power, and that the scripture says, the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. In your trial, when you feel that your mind and your heart are being played with and wounded, it is right to turn to the Lord who hears, for He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds.

Yet let us consider what this righteousness is upon which such prayer rests. The righteous man is not one who declares himself righteous in his own strength, but one whom God has graciously delivered. As it is written, Then He is gracious unto him, and says, Deliver him from going down to the Pit: I have found a ransom. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance from the pit through a ransom if God had not thought of it. Your righteousness, if you are in Christ, is not your own, but His, the gift of Divine Love through the Son who bore the penalty. It is because He has provided the ransom that we may come boldly to the throne, not in our own merit, but in His.

It is well also to have grace enough to see that tribulation comes under the hand of God. Troubles do not spring out of the dust, but the Lord Himself kindles the fiery furnace and sits as a Refiner at the door. Our afflictions may come distinctly from man, as the result of malice or unkindness, and yet they may come with even greater certainty from the Lord and may be the necessary outcome of His special love to us. For this reason we may wisely moderate our anger against second causes. That which we receive from the rod of the Lord bears the blessed aspect of chastening from a father's hand, and this is a gladsome fact which makes even the sharpest smart to be profitable.

Therefore the power of prayer is not given that we might call down a rude awakening or a hard judgment upon those who have wronged us, but that we might be delivered ourselves, from sin, from bitterness, from the power of darkness, and from going down to the pit. The believer's conduct after affliction and after deliverance is this, I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. We are taught to say, My soul, wait thou only upon God, for my expectation is from Him. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and our calling is to seek healing, even from the leaves of the tree of life, for the healing of our own souls, and to pray for those who despitefully use us, that they also might find the same ransom.

So let us pray together that you may know this deliverance more fully. May the Lord who is Jehovah Jireh, your Provider, provide for you now not a weapon of revenge, but peace to your mind, steadiness to your thoughts, and healing to your emotions. May He deliver you from the power of darkness and from the snare of resentment, and keep back your soul from the pit. May He lift you from the place of pain upon your bed and set your feet upon a rock, that you may live and declare what He has done, giving all glory to His free grace through Christ Jesus, in whom alone is salvation. Amen.
