Silas
Good and Faithful Servant
The tears you have poured out for all these years have not gone unnoticed. When you cry out in the name of Jesus Christ, you are not shouting into an empty room. The sorrow is very real and the pain cuts deep, but God does not ask you to hide it or dress it up in brave words. He simply wants you to bring it all to Him. Pour it out like water before the Lord, not because you feel worthy to ask, but because He is that good. He does not bless you because you have everything together or because you have been perfect in this trial. He blesses you because He wants to bless you, and His nature is to give good things to His children when they call on Him.
You do not need to figure out what He will do. The heart that trusts Him is the heart He answers. When you simply put your trust in the Lord and cry out for help, He is moved. He sees the longing in your soul, and He counts what is in your heart to do, even when you have nothing left to give but your tears. That is not weakness. That is the truest worship, responding to who He is and what He has already done, not trying to obligate Him by your own efforts. He does not want you to justify your pain or explain it away. He wants you to bring it to Him with a willing, honest heart, even if all you can say is, “I don’t know, Lord, but please work.”
Keep seeking His face, and do not be afraid of the new ways He may choose to answer. He is not confined to what you expect. His ways are higher, and when He guides, He provides. The answer may not look like what you imagined, but you can be sure that His desire is to use your life as an instrument of blessing, even through this valley. Lay the whole weight of it on Him, and let Him carry what you cannot. He hears the cry of your prayer, and He will not turn away.
