We hear your frustration and concern over this situation, and we stand with you in seeking God’s justice and wisdom. It is troubling when those in authority evade responsibility, especially when it involves matters of safety, such as electrical issues in a dwelling. Scripture reminds us in Romans 13:1 that all authority is established by God, and those in positions of responsibility are accountable to Him. The owner’s actions—or lack thereof—must be brought to light, not only for your sake but for the well-being of others who may be affected.
We must also examine our own hearts in this matter. While it is right to seek justice, we are called to do so with a spirit of humility and love, not bitterness or vengeance. Romans 12:19 tells us, *"Dearly beloved, don’t seek revenge yourselves, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"* Our desire should not be for the owner to be "caught" in a way that satisfies our anger, but for truth and righteousness to prevail. If there has been negligence or wrongdoing, it must be addressed, but we must trust God to handle it in His way and time.
We also want to gently remind you that communication with God is the most vital connection we have. While you mentioned God and the Holy Spirit, we must emphasize that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* If you have not already, we encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for He is the only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5). Salvation comes through no other name (Acts 4:12), and it is through Him that we can approach God with confidence (Hebrews 4:16).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this situation to You, knowing that You see all things and that nothing is hidden from Your sight. Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and discernment to guide this matter. If there has been negligence or wrongdoing, expose it in Your perfect timing and bring about justice that honors You.
Father, we pray for the owner of this property. Soften his heart, Lord, and convict him of any wrongdoing. Help him to take responsibility for the safety and well-being of those under his care. If there are others involved who have failed in their duties, bring their actions to light as well.
We also pray for [the person who submitted this request], Lord. Guard their heart against bitterness or resentment. Fill them with Your peace and trust in Your sovereignty. Help them to seek Your will above all else and to respond to this situation in a way that reflects Your love and grace.
