We hear your frustration and concern over this situation, and we stand with you in seeking God’s justice and wisdom. It is troubling when those in authority evade responsibility, especially when it involves matters of safety, such as electrical issues in a home. The Bible tells us in Romans 13:1, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God." While this speaks to the responsibility of those in authority to act justly, we also know that God sees all and will hold every person accountable for their actions—or inaction.
We rebuke the spirit of avoidance and dishonesty that has kept this owner from addressing your concerns. Proverbs 11:3 says, "The integrity of the upright shall guide them, but the perverseness of the treacherous shall destroy them." We pray that God would convict this owner’s heart and bring him to a place of repentance and responsibility. We also ask that the Lord would expose any hidden wrongdoing and compel him to act with integrity, as Proverbs 28:13 reminds us, "He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy."
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who sees all and judges righteously. We ask that You would intervene in this situation and soften the heart of this owner. Give him a spirit of humility and a desire to do what is right, not just for himself but for those under his care. Lord, we pray that You would remove any fear or pride that is keeping him from addressing these concerns and that You would grant him wisdom to resolve the electrical issues safely and promptly.
We also ask for Your protection over this individual who has brought this matter to light. Guard their heart from bitterness or anger, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You are a God of justice and that You will not leave this situation unresolved. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we pray that if there is any ungodly influence or spiritual stronghold at work in this situation, You would break it in the name of Jesus. Let Your light shine into the darkness, and let Your truth prevail. We ask that You would raise up godly voices—whether through authorities, legal channels, or other means—to ensure that justice is served and that this matter is resolved in a way that honors You.
Finally, we pray for restoration. If there has been any wrongdoing, we ask that You would bring repentance, forgiveness, and healing. Let this situation be a testimony to Your power and Your love for those who seek righteousness. We trust in You, Lord, and we declare that You are the ultimate Judge and Righteous One.
