We hear your frustration and the sense of injustice you feel in this situation. It is understandable to desire accountability and resolution, especially when dealing with matters that affect your living conditions. However, we must examine this request through the lens of Scripture and ensure our hearts align with God’s will.
First, we must address the spirit in which this request is made. While it is right to seek justice, the Bible warns us against harboring bitterness, anger, or a desire for vengeance. Romans 12:19 tells us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"* Instead of praying for the owner to be "caught," we should pray for God’s wisdom, peace, and a resolution that honors Him. Proverbs 20:22 says, *"Don’t say, ‘I will pay back evil.’ Wait for the Lord, and he will save you."*
We also want to gently remind you that our ultimate trust must be in God, not in our own efforts or the actions of others. You mentioned that God gave you wisdom to find the owner online—that is a blessing! But we must surrender the outcome to Him. Psalm 37:5-6 encourages us, *"Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go out as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."*

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts that seek Your will above all else. We lift up this situation to You, asking for Your wisdom and guidance. Lord, we pray for resolution in this matter—may the electrical problem in the flat be addressed in a way that is just and honoring to You. We ask for Your peace to guard this heart, replacing frustration with trust in Your timing and Your ways.
Father, we pray for the owner of the property. Soften his heart, Lord, that he may act with integrity and responsibility. If there has been neglect or wrongdoing, we ask that You convict him and lead him to repentance. Help us to release any bitterness or desire for vengeance, trusting in Your perfect justice.
