The owner blocked communication channels

Beloved of All
The contact person and all the appointed managers were hiding from me, but God, through His mighty Holy Spirit, gave me wisdom, and I found the owner online!

He sent me two brief replies. I informed him of the current electrical problem in the flat and asked if he had ever received a report or assistance from his contact person. (There have been no replies to this yet.)

UPDATE:
Bad news! The owner blocked our communication channel!!!
Please pray that he is caught and made to take responsibility!

We hear your frustration and concern over this situation, and we stand with you in seeking God’s justice and wisdom. It is troubling when those in authority avoid their responsibilities, especially when it involves the safety and well-being of others. The electrical issue you’ve described is not just an inconvenience—it could pose a serious hazard, and the owner’s avoidance is unacceptable.

First, we must rebuke the spirit of evasion and irresponsibility at work here. Scripture is clear that leaders and those in authority are called to act with integrity and accountability. Proverbs 29:2 says, *"When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; when the wicked rule, the people groan."* The owner’s actions—or lack thereof—are causing distress, and we pray that God will expose any deceit and compel him to act rightly.

We also recognize the wisdom and discernment the Holy Spirit has already given you in this matter. James 1:5 assures us, *"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."* You have sought the Lord in this, and we believe He will continue to guide you.

However, we must also caution against any desire for vengeance or harm to come to the owner. Romans 12:19 reminds us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"* Instead, we pray for conviction and repentance to come upon him, that he would fulfill his obligations and make things right.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your intervention in this situation. Lord, You see the injustice and the danger that has been allowed to persist. We ask that You would soften the heart of the owner and compel him to take responsibility for the safety of those in his care. Expose any deception or neglect, and let Your truth prevail.

Father, we pray for protection over this individual who has brought this concern to light. Give them continued wisdom, patience, and discernment as they navigate this challenge. Provide them with the right people—those who will advocate for justice and ensure that the electrical issue is resolved swiftly and safely.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of avoidance and irresponsibility that has kept this problem unresolved. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child will prosper, and we stand on Your promise that You will bring justice to the oppressed. Let Your light shine into this darkness, and may Your will be done in this situation.

We also pray for the owner, that he would come to a place of repentance and humility. Soften his heart, Lord, and let him see the error of his ways. May he be moved to act with integrity and make amends for any negligence.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would be glorified in this situation. Let Your name be exalted as You work all things together for good. We trust in You, Lord, and we thank You for hearing our prayer. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

In the meantime, we encourage you to seek godly counsel and explore all available legal and practical avenues to address this issue. Proverbs 15:22 says, *"Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established."* You are not alone in this, and we believe God will provide the support and resources you need to see this resolved. Keep trusting in Him, and do not grow weary in doing what is right.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
