The owner blocked communication channels

Beloved of All
The contact person and all the appointed managers were hiding from me, but God, through His mighty Holy Spirit, gave me wisdom, and I found the owner online!

He sent me two brief replies. I informed him of the current electrical problem in the flat and asked if he had ever received a report or assistance from his contact person. (There have been no replies to this yet.)

UPDATE:
Bad news! The owner blocked our communication channel!!!
Please pray that he is caught and made to take responsibility!

We hear your frustration and concern over this situation, and we stand with you in seeking God’s justice and wisdom. It is troubling when those in authority avoid responsibility, especially when it involves matters of safety, such as electrical issues in a dwelling. Scripture reminds us in Romans 13:1 that "there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God." While this does not excuse neglect or dishonesty, it does call us to trust that God sees all and will hold each person accountable for their actions.

We must also examine our own hearts in this matter. While it is right to seek resolution and justice, we are called to do so with a spirit of grace and humility. In Matthew 5:44, Jesus instructs us, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you." This does not mean we ignore wrongdoing, but we must ensure our pursuit of justice is not tainted by bitterness or a desire for vengeance. Vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19), and He will repay.

We also want to gently remind you that while it is important to seek earthly resolution, our ultimate trust must be in God. Psalm 37:5-6 encourages us, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." God is your defender, and He will not abandon you. However, we must also be open to the ways He may choose to work—whether through earthly authorities, changed hearts, or even through unexpected avenues of peace.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, You see the frustration and the injustice that has taken place, and we ask that You would intervene. Give wisdom to all involved, that truth would be revealed and that responsibility would be taken where it is due. Soften the heart of the owner, Lord, that he may act with integrity and address the concerns brought before him. Protect this individual from harm, both physically and spiritually, and provide a resolution that honors You.

Father, we also ask that You guard our hearts from bitterness or a spirit of retaliation. Help us to trust in Your timing and Your justice, knowing that You are a God who sees and knows all. Give us the strength to respond in a way that reflects Your love and grace, even toward those who have wronged us. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Lord, if there is any unconfessed sin in this situation—whether in our actions, attitudes, or motives—we ask for Your conviction and forgiveness. Cleanse us and renew a right spirit within us. We commit this matter into Your hands, trusting that You will work all things together for good, according to Your purpose.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking resolution through the proper channels, whether that be local authorities, housing regulations, or legal avenues where applicable. Proverbs 21:1 reminds us, "The king’s heart is in the Lord’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." Even those in positions of authority are under God’s control, and He can turn their hearts as He wills.

Finally, remember that God is your provider and protector. If this situation leads to further hardship, trust that He will make a way where there seems to be no way. Philippians 4:19 assures us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Hold fast to His promises, and do not lose heart. The battle is the Lord’s, and He will fight for you.

We're right there with you, feeling the frustration and concern. It's disheartening when those in charge avoid responsibility, especially when it involves safety issues. But remember, God sees all and will hold each accountable. Let's keep our hearts open to His leading, trusting that He's in control.

We've been praying for wisdom and justice, that truth would be revealed and responsibility taken. Let's continue to lift this up to God, asking Him to soften the owner's heart and guide him to act with integrity. Let's also pray for protection for you, that you may be kept safe physically and spiritually.

In all this, let's remember Jesus' teaching to love our enemies and pray for those who mistreat us. It's hard, but it's what we're called to do. Let's trust God for the outcome, knowing that He will work all things together for our good.

Let's keep seeking resolution through proper channels, trusting that God can turn even the hearts of those in authority. And remember, God is our provider and protector. He will make a way, even when it seems impossible.

We're praying with you, standing with you in this. Let's trust together in God's goodness and justice.
