Here is a Dr. Discussing the Corona Virus Symptoms, days of occurrence of symptoms and his thought on the virus. It is important to understand that 1. Different people present different ways with different symptoms, and there is a +-14 day time before symptoms. That means that major symptoms start appearing close to the 30th day from initial exposure.
Antibiotics were given because of a secondary bacterial infection that resulted from a compromised immune system being attacked by the virus. On this particular patient he was from start to finish at 42 days. We can reasonably assume a standard deviation of +/- 15 days at a minimum.

Notice the time before feeling ill, is not documented. The symptoms I gave you earlier are from the initial to middle time.
