I'll be the last person to disagree with you, as one of my biggest complaints is dealing with annoying people, and also as you mentioned their "distractions" that distract you when you want to focus on heavy things, sometimes spiritual, and it brings you right back down to Earth!! That's why I point out that the Biblical people went to an isolated place to feel God {Moses to Mount Sinai, Jesus into the wilderness.}
