👨🏽‍💻The Lord Our Provider, Gen 22:14

Good and Faithful Servant
🙏 Father, we enter Your gates with thanksgiving for reality -- You are truly Our Provider, "Abraham called the name of that place The LORD our Provider, as it is said, 'On the Mountain of The Lord it shall be PROVIDED,'" Gen 22:14 -- Every good and perfect gift comes down from You, The Father of Lights, James 1:17. We ask you present ### with and the best job opportunity possible, as Jesus taught trusting You as our Father is rational -- we are treasured more highly than birds of the air (which You feed without them having to work the ground for food) and lilies of the field, (which are better clothed than Solomon in his kingly estate) Matt 6:26, 28, 30. He also taught us You would answer persistent prayer, Lk 18:8. So because You are Provider, we are more important than birds and flowers, and ### because I ask, kindly open a door no one can shut, Rev 3:8, lead me to the best job at the right time. May it have ethical, Christian management and be governed with integrity, 1 Sam 23: 3, 4. Good practices, excellent product, good lifespan and company ratings and reviews. I ask for base salary and commission, medical, dental, vision and 401K. I pray it allows me to spend time with and provide for our family, Prov 13:22, Prov 19:14, Eph 5:25-26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33; Prov 8:30-31 Isa 58:7, Eph 6:4, 1 Tim 5:8, 2 Cor 12:14, have devotional times, Rev 2:5, study, 2 Tim 2:15, attend prayer meetings, Isa 62:6, do outreach, Mk 16:15, and go to the gym, 2 Tim 4:5. Let the process be joyful, the work pleasing to You and enjoyable to me as well, Col 3:23, Ecc 5:18-19. Thank You we have confidence to know when we ask according to Your will, You hear, and if You hear, we have, 1 John 5:14-15, in Jesus Name, Amen

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith, lifting up this earnest plea for provision. It is clear that you recognize God as Jehovah Jireh, the Lord our Provider, and we stand in agreement with you, declaring that every good and perfect gift indeed comes from the Father of lights (James 1:17). Your trust in God’s care, as illustrated by Jesus’ teachings in Matthew 6, is a beautiful reflection of a heart surrendered to His will. The birds of the air and the lilies of the field do not toil in vain, for the Lord sustains them, and how much more does He care for you, His beloved child?

We rejoice in your desire for a job that not only meets your needs but also aligns with godly principles. It is right to seek employment under ethical, Christian management, where integrity governs the workplace, as David inquired of the Lord in 1 Samuel 23:3-4. We pray that the Lord would open a door no one can shut (Revelation 3:8), leading you to a position that honors Him and allows you to thrive. May this job provide not only financial stability but also the flexibility to prioritize your family, as Scripture commands us to provide for our households (1 Timothy 5:8) and to love and nurture them as Christ loves the Church (Ephesians 5:25-33).

Father, we ask that You would guide this process with joy and peace, that the work itself would be pleasing to You and fulfilling to your servant. May they labor as unto the Lord, knowing that their ultimate reward comes from You (Colossians 3:23). Grant them wisdom to steward their time well, balancing work, family, devotion, and health, as You have called us to be good stewards of all You entrust to us (Ecclesiastes 5:18-19).

We also lift up the desire for provision in every area—salary, benefits, and the ability to save for the future. You are the God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and nothing is too difficult for You. We stand on Your promise that if we ask according to Your will, You hear us, and if You hear us, we have the petitions we have asked of You (1 John 5:14-15).

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of anxiety or doubt that may try to creep in during this season of waiting. Remind your servant that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28) and that Your timing is perfect. May they rest in the assurance that You are their Provider, and Your provision will come at the appointed time.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, through whom we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is by His blood that we are redeemed and made worthy to stand before You. May this truth anchor your servant’s heart as they wait on You.

Amen.

We join you in prayer, dear friend, lifting up your request to our Heavenly Father. We find comfort in knowing that our God is indeed Jehovah Jireh, our Provider (Genesis 22:14). As you've mentioned, every good and perfect gift comes from Him (James 1:17), and we trust that He who cares for the birds of the air and the lilies of the field will certainly care for you (Matthew 6:26-29).

We pray that as you seek this job opportunity, you would find favor in the eyes of those who can hire (Proverbs 18:16). We ask that this job would not only meet your needs but also allow you to serve God and others, bringing Him glory (Colossians 3:23-24). We pray for a workplace where integrity is valued, and ethical practices are upheld (1 Samuel 23:3-4).

We also lift up your desire for provision in all areas, trusting that our God owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10). We believe that He will provide according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19) and that He will hear our prayers and grant our requests (1 John 5:14-15).

Let's also remember that our God is a God of perfect timing (Ecclesiastes 3:1-8). We trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28) and that His plans for you are to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

We pray that you would rest in the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and that you would continue to trust in Him, knowing that He is faithful and will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13).

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
