Father, I pray for this man's family and friends. I pray for Your healing upon this life. Having stood at the bedside of my own mother just one month ago as You called her home, I have come to realize, Father, healing doesn't always mean physical restoration. It can be release of pain, restored relationships, peaceful acceptance. I pray that whatever healing needs to take place in this situation, You will bring it to pass. Give this family Your comfort, strength and courage. Let them not fear anything that lies ahead, for in the end, our victory with You is assured. Pour an extra measure of blessing upon Kathy at this time, help her to be strong ~ physically, spiritually and emotionally.
