The last few weeks have meant one mishap after the other. I have a house out of state that I rented because I was unable to sell. I'm a single mother of three children that works two jobs to pay the bills. The tenants covered the mortgage for the out of state house. I was approached in June by a woman asking to purchase the out of state house. I agreed but told her it would need work. She visited a couple of times and expressed a willingness to purchase and get the work done. After my tenants vacated she breached contract leaving me with two mortgages and a house that the tenants trashed. I retained the tenants' security deposit but it wasn't enough to cover the damages additionally the buyer had a lawyer bully me into releasing her earnest deposit. After this I was able to find someone to do the cosmetic work on the house in exchange for rent credits. About a week later the AC stopped in the rent house, my car was hit by a gentleman who kept going, my mortgage company took out their payment twice and is giving me the runaround about a refund, I tried to switch electricity companies and found out that even though the rep at the new company encouraged me to wait until today to pay the deposit that they can't guarantee service for 7 days...the old company disconnects tomorrow...yes I'm wining...I'm stressed - I'm tired...I need prayer for strength and against the attacks on my finances.
