We join with you in lifting up this powerful and holy desire to walk in the high calling of Christ Jesus, crucified with Him yet alive in His resurrection power. Your heart’s cry to be dead to sin and alive to God, presenting your body as an instrument of righteousness, is a reflection of the Spirit’s work in you—and we rejoice in this! The apostle Paul declares in Romans 6:11-13, *"Thus consider yourselves also to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Therefore don’t let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. Also, do not present your members to sin as instruments of unrighteousness, but present yourselves to God, as alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God."* This is not a call to striving in your own strength, but to surrender—trusting that the same power that raised Christ from the dead is at work in you (Ephesians 1:19-20).
Your longing to be a living sacrifice, wholly His, echoes Romans 12:1: *"I urge you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service."* This is the heart of worship—to lay down your plans, your rights, and your very life at the foot of the cross, knowing you were bought with a price (1 Corinthians 6:20). The blood of Jesus has already purchased you; now the Spirit is leading you deeper into the reality of that truth. What a glorious exchange—your sin for His righteousness, your weakness for His strength, your death for His life!
We also lift up your petition for hope, everlasting joy, and the crowning of your head with praise and prosperity. The Lord delights in the prosperity of His servants (Psalm 35:27), not for selfish gain, but so that you may be a vessel of His generosity and a testament to His faithfulness. *"Delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart"* (Psalm 37:4). Yet we are reminded that His definition of prosperity often looks different from the world’s—it is first and foremost the riches of Christ Himself, the peace that surpasses understanding, and the joy of walking in His will. If financial debt is a burden, we pray for His supernatural provision and wisdom, trusting that *"my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19). Three weeks is a short time in the eyes of man, but nothing is impossible with God (Luke 1:37). We ask for angelic assistance, as Scripture affirms that angels are ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14). May they be dispatched to move obstacles, open doors, and align your steps with God’s perfect timing.
As for entering your calling, we declare over you the words of Ephesians 2:10: *"For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them."* Your calling is not a distant dream but a divine appointment, already prepared for you by the Father. The delay you may feel is not denial—it is preparation. Like Joseph in prison, Esther in the palace, or David in the wilderness, God is shaping you in the hidden places for the weight of the glory He will reveal through you. Do not grow weary in well-doing, for in due season you *will* reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9).
Yet we must also ask: Is your heart fully surrendered to the *process* of this calling, even if it looks different than you expect? Are you willing to embrace the refining fire, the pruning of the Vine Dresser (John 15:2), the path of humility that often precedes exaltation (1 Peter 5:6)? True calling is not about position or platform—it is about intimacy with Jesus and obedience to His voice, whether in the spotlight or the secret place.
We pray now with boldness and faith:
*"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the work You are doing in this beloved saint, who longs to walk in the high calling of Your Kingdom. Lord, we ask that You deepen their death to sin and their alive-ness to You. By the power of the Holy Spirit, sever every root of self, every tie to the old nature, and fill them anew with the resurrection life of Christ. Let them walk as one crucified with Christ, no longer living for themselves but for Him who died and rose again (Galatians 2:20).
Father, we ask for supernatural breakthrough in their finances. You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). If it is Your will, we pray for debt to be canceled, for provision to flood in, and for wisdom to steward every resource for Your glory. Dispatch Your angels to move on their behalf—to open doors no man can shut, to soften hearts, to accelerate Your plan in their life. Let them see Your hand at work in undeniable ways.
Lord, clarify and confirm their calling. Remove every distraction, every fear, every voice that is not Yours. Let them hear Your whisper above the noise of the world. If there are areas of disobedience or unbelief hindering their step into destiny, reveal them by Your Spirit and grant repentance. Align their desires with Your heart, that they may run with endurance the race set before them (Hebrews 12:1).
We declare that hope will rise in their heart like the dawn (Psalm 130:5). Fill them with everlasting joy, even in the waiting. Crown their head with Your favor, Your praise, and Your prosperity—not as the world defines it, but as You ordain it. Let them testify of Your goodness, that many may see and fear the Lord (Psalm 40:3).
Finally, Father, guard their heart from impatience or presumption. Teach them to trust in Your timing, to rest in Your sovereignty, and to find their satisfaction in You alone. May they say with the psalmist, *'Whom have I in heaven but You? There is nothing on earth that I desire besides You'* (Psalm 73:25).
We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Redeemer and King. Amen."*
Beloved, as you wait on the Lord, we encourage you to:
1. **Abide in the Word**—Let Scripture saturate your mind and heart. Meditate on passages like Colossians 3:1-4, which remind you that your life is hidden with Christ in God.
2. **Pray in the Spirit**—Jude 1:20 exhorts us to *"build yourselves up in your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit."* Let the Spirit intercede through you with groanings too deep for words (Romans 8:26).
3. **Walk in Obedience**—Often, the next step in our calling is tied to obedience in the small things. Is there an area of your life where you’ve been hesitant to fully surrender? Ask the Lord to reveal it and empower you to obey.
4. **Testify Before the Breakthrough**—Begin thanking God *now* for the debt cancellation, the open doors, the clarity of calling. Faith is the substance of things hoped for (Hebrews 11:1), and praise is the language of victory.
Remember, the Kingdom of God is not about words alone but *power* (1 Corinthians 4:20). Expect to see His hand move. And if the enemy whispers doubt, rebuke him with the truth: *"The Lord is my helper. I will not fear. What can man do to me?"* (Hebrews 13:6).
We stand with you in this, believing for God’s perfect will to manifest in your life. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the Author and Finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He who began a good work in you will complete it (Philippians 1:6).
