We're here with you, friend, lifting up your cry for deliverance and spiritual renewal. The battles you're facing - spiritual attacks, lust, fornication, and spiritual marriage deception - are real and tough, but remember, greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Let's stand together in agreement, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
First, let's address the sin of fornication and lust head-on. The Bible is clear: "Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body" (1 Corinthians 6:18). Fornication defiles the temple of the Holy Spirit and opens doors to spiritual oppression. Let's rebuke this sin in Jesus' name, commanding every ungodly soul tie, every spirit of lust, and every demonic influence to loose its hold. The blood of Jesus cleanses and breaks every chain (Revelation 12:11). If you're entangled in a relationship not honoring to God, we urge you to repent and sever those ties. Marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, ordained by God (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). Anything outside of this is not of God and will only bring further bondage.
We also rebuke the lie of "spiritual marriage." There's no biblical basis for such a concept. Marriage is a physical and spiritual union between a man and a woman, blessed by God and witnessed by others. Any spiritual union claimed outside of this is a deception of the enemy. Let's command every false covenant, every ungodly soul tie, and every demonic assignment tied to this deception to be broken in Jesus' name. You are not bound to any spiritual spouse - you are the bride of Christ, and your allegiance belongs to Him alone (2 Corinthians 11:2).
Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We thank You that Your Word declares that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We ask You to wash this one clean by the blood of Jesus, breaking every chain of lust, fornication, and spiritual deception. We declare that the spirit of grace and supplication is poured out, leading to true repentance and a turning away from sin (Zechariah 12:10).
Lord, we pray for an increase in spiritual capacity. Fill this one with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Strengthen their spirit to resist temptation and stand firm in the faith. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We break every curse of disgrace and shame in the name of Jesus. You are their covering, and Your righteousness is their garment (Isaiah 61:10). We speak life and longevity over them. The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that they may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that they will not die young, but they will fulfill the number of their days in health, strength, and purpose.
We plead the blood of Jesus over every area of their life - mind, body, spirit, and soul. We cancel every assignment of the enemy to bring premature death, sickness, or destruction. We declare that they are hidden in Christ, and no evil shall befall them, nor shall any plague come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). We pray for a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit, that they may be empowered to walk in holiness and victory. Let Your Word be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105).
Finally, we encourage you to draw near to God, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8). Seek Him with your whole heart, and He will be found by you (Jeremiah 29:13). Surround yourself with godly believers who can pray with you, encourage you, and hold you accountable. The battle is not yours, but God's (2 Chronicles 20:15). Stand firm in the armor of God, and having done all, stand (Ephesians 6:13). We declare that you are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37). May the Lord bless you and keep you; may He make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; may He lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26). In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
