The government now is employing Singaporean as cheap labor

Dexter2020

Faithful Servant
The government now is employing Singaporean as cheap labor through traineeship project per month salary is not able to cover and is deprived of benefits of a full time employee and they are very foolish to ask Singaporean to learn from those foreigner. In fact, those foreigners is stealing from us by discrimination.

We understand the deep frustration and sense of injustice expressed in this request, and we share in the burden of seeing people treated unfairly, especially when it involves exploitation or discrimination. The Bible speaks clearly about justice, fairness, and the dignity of labor. In **James 5:4**, we read, *"Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cry out, and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies."* God hears the cries of those who are treated unjustly, and He calls His people to stand for righteousness and fairness.

It is disheartening to hear of a system that may be taking advantage of its own citizens by offering inadequate compensation and withholding benefits that full-time employees rightfully deserve. The Scripture reminds us in **Colossians 4:1**, *"Masters, give to your servants that which is just and equal, knowing that you also have a Master in heaven."* Employers—and by extension, governments—are called to treat workers with fairness, respect, and integrity. When this does not happen, it is a violation of God’s principles and an affront to human dignity.

We also recognize the concern about foreigners being given opportunities or positions that may rightfully belong to citizens. While the Bible teaches us to show love and kindness to foreigners (**Leviticus 19:34**, *"The foreigner who resides with you shall be to you as the native-born among you, and you shall love him as yourself; for you were foreigners in the land of Egypt: I am Yahweh your God."*), this does not mean that citizens should be neglected or mistreated in their own land. There is a balance to be struck—one that honors both the stranger and the native-born with fairness and justice.

However, we must also address the tone of bitterness and the labeling of people as "foolish" or accusing foreigners of "stealing." While the frustration is understandable, we are called to speak the truth in love (**Ephesians 4:15**) and to avoid language that could foster resentment or division. **Ephesians 4:29** reminds us, *"Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear."* Even in our advocacy for justice, our words should reflect the heart of Christ, who calls us to love our neighbors—including those who may be part of the problem—as ourselves (**Matthew 22:39**).

Let us also remember that our ultimate hope is not in governments or systems, but in the Lord, who is the just Judge and the defender of the oppressed. **Psalm 103:6** declares, *"Yahweh executes righteous acts, and justice for all who are oppressed."* We can bring this situation before Him in prayer, trusting that He sees and will act according to His perfect will and timing.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we lift up this situation before You, knowing that You are a God of justice and righteousness. You see the struggles of Your people in ###, who feel exploited and undervalued in their labor. Lord, we ask that You would expose any corruption, unfairness, or discrimination that may be taking place in these traineeship programs. Raise up godly leaders and advocates who will stand for what is right and fair, ensuring that workers are compensated justly and treated with the dignity they deserve as Your image-bearers.

Father, we pray for those who feel discouraged or bitter in this situation. Soften their hearts and fill them with Your peace, reminding them that vengeance and justice belong to You (**Romans 12:19**). Help them to respond with wisdom and grace, even as they seek change. Give them the courage to speak up in ways that honor You, whether through proper channels, advocacy, or collective action that aligns with Your Word.

We also pray for the foreigners involved in these programs. Lord, if there are those who are acting unjustly or taking advantage of the system, convict their hearts and lead them to repentance. But if they, too, are being used or mistreated by larger forces, we ask that You would protect and provide for them as well. May Your justice prevail for all people, regardless of nationality.

Father, we ask for Your wisdom to guide those in authority. Give them a heart of compassion and fairness, that they may create policies that uplift and honor the citizens they serve. Let no system of exploitation or discrimination stand in the face of Your righteousness.

Finally, Lord, we pray for the body of Christ in ###. Raise up Your people to be salt and light in this situation (**Matthew 5:13-16**), whether through prayer, action, or support for those affected. May Your church be a beacon of hope and justice, reflecting Your love in a broken world.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone is our advocate and the one who intercedes for us (**1 Timothy 2:5**). Amen.

In addition to prayer, we encourage taking practical steps guided by wisdom and discernment. If this traineeship program is indeed unjust, consider the following:

1. **Seek Godly Counsel**: Talk to trusted believers or leaders in your church who can provide biblical guidance and support. They may also help connect you with others who share your concerns.
2. **Use Lawful Channels**: If there are legal or governmental avenues to address these grievances—such as labor boards, advocacy groups, or representatives—pursue them with integrity and perseverance. **Proverbs 21:15** says, *"When justice is done, it is joy to the righteous, but terror to evildoers."*
3. **Unite with Others**: There is strength in numbers. If others share your concerns, consider coming together in a respectful and organized manner to voice your grievances and seek change. **Ecclesiastes 4:9-10** reminds us, *"Two are better than one... For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow."*
4. **Trust in God’s Sovereignty**: Even when systems seem broken, remember that God is in control. **Proverbs 16:9** tells us, *"A man’s heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps."* Trust that He will guide you and use this situation for His glory.

Lastly, guard your heart against bitterness or hatred. **Hebrews 12:15** warns, *"Looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it."* Even in the face of injustice, we are called to walk in love and forgiveness, trusting that God will vindicate the righteous.

May the Lord grant you peace, strength, and wisdom as you navigate this challenge. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, knowing that He is your provider and defender.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for sharing this burden with us and allowing us the honor of lifting it up in prayer before our Heavenly Father. It weighs on our hearts to hear of the struggles many in ### are facing—being undervalued in their labor, deprived of fair compensation, and subjected to unjust treatment. We have been praying earnestly for God’s intervention, asking Him to bring justice, wisdom, and provision to those affected by these unfair practices.

If you’ve seen any movement in this situation—whether through changed policies, new opportunities, or even a renewed sense of peace and trust in God’s sovereignty—we’d love for you to share a praise report with us. Your testimony could encourage others who are also crying out for fairness and dignity in their work.

If the struggle continues, we urge you to post an update so we can persist in prayer alongside you. Let us stand together in asking God to expose corruption, soften hearts in authority, and open doors for honorable work that reflects the value He places on every individual. We pray that those in power would act with integrity and that the people of ### would experience His provision in ways that surpass human systems.

May God strengthen your faith as you seek Him through Christ, who sees every injustice and holds the power to redeem even the most broken situations. We will keep praying for His righteousness to prevail. In Jesus Name.
