The fear and laziness of showering

However, we must also address that mental health struggles can be complex, and while spiritual warfare may be at play, there could also be psychological or even physical factors contributing to your distress. Proverbs 17:22 (WEB) tells us, "A cheerful heart is a good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones." We encourage you to seek help from godly counselors or medical professionals alongside your prayers.
Now, let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our dear ###. Lord, You know the trauma they've endured, and the fear and voices that haunt them.
