"For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Eph. 6:12, NKJV).
The essence of spiritual warfare, is not what the enemy throws at you but the meaning of it all; is if God can trust you.
If God can trust you in the circumstances and the condition of the battle that you are facing, as a vessel of honor in the fight, to represent the kingdom of Jesus Christ, in the spiritual warfare that you are facing, without shrinking back or being deterred by the distractions that come with the fight. You need to understand that it is the territory, or the turf that we should not allow the enemy of our soul to take away from us, at any moment or any given time.
We have been called to move forward not backwards. Greater things that our Lord Jesus Christ, has for us, are in front of us than those that are behind us.
Always know that in every battle, that we engage in, is a sign of promotion, maturity and victory, because of our Lord Jesus Christ will never leave or forsake us. The battle, or the fight, or sometimes a war, has already been won 2000 years ago.
My conclusion is to understand one thing in this, if the devil didn't kill you when you were in the world, surely now that you are in Christ, that he can never kill you. We live on the victory side.
