The eating disorder is better now but I am worried about what I will eat tonight because I haven't shopped for food yet. I will try to make myself shop for food tomorrow after I get home from the outpatient program. Please pray that I will eat enough food tonight and shop tomorrow. Thank you. Caldoug,i have this idea  what about sometimes include pickles with other tings you eat-like pickled cucumbers or pickled peppers/not hot ones/or olives with cheese sandwich and perhaps tea ;they normally increase the appetite ,You dont have to do it,just thinking.Praying for you always.God bless you

I rebuke all controlling spirits that are trying to control you. In the name of Jesus I declare freedom to eat and be satisfied for all food is from the Lord and our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. Eat, drink and be merry. There's no condemnation in Jesus. Any condemnation is satan and Satan must go and leave you to live your life freely in Jesus your Lord and King.

Recieve your food with thanks giving. Start your meal with communion. Take the bread in rememberance if Jesus broken body for your brokenness. 

Take the wine in remembrance of Jesus shedding His blood to cleanse you of all impurity. As forgiveness and accept you are free as you eat and drink.
