The difference between saved and unsaved people

One look at the reaction{or overreaction} to this coronavirus is all I need to show me the difference between a saved and an unsaved person. The level of fear with "regular" people who are unsaved is over the top. Wearing masks, asking others if they washed their hands, spraying Lysol on everything, staying indoors. They're petrified. And guess what?THAT'S EXACTLY HOW THE DEVIL WANTS THEM TO FEEL.What do you think the devils intent was with sending this thing on us?He knows how unsaved people think, how to push their buttons, and how to scare them. And by them reacting this way, they're actually working with the devil, playing right into his hands, admitting that what the devil sent is overwhelming to them.I bet he's laughing at them, for "taking the bait".Now look at how Christians, at least the ones who have faith, react.{like me,for one.}We know God will protect us. We don't have no faith, like "they" do. The Bible says, resist the devil and he will flee from you, NOT, YOU flee from HIM.And THAT is one of the big differences between the saved and the unsaved. After all, read who won't be permitted into the Holy City -"for without are"...and one of those mentioned is the fearful.God did not give us a sprit of fear.

Mathew 7:21-23—I Never Knew You

“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

Steven — wheras I agree with not being fearful, listening to government is both Scriptural, and in this case, wise. If everyone would have started to wash their hands and keep distance when it was first recommended, the virus would have peaked and gone by now and the country would have opened in accordance the timeline the President first proposed — Easter. I only studied lab biology intensely in high school then majored in recombinant gene technology in college, but the basics of science aren’t very hard to grasp. If this same strain of virus would have occurred two hundred years ago it would have been like the plague of the 1300s. If it would have come 100 years ago, it would have been like The Spanish Flu, except it would have been worse because the elderly at that time were mostly immune from a virus that had hit in the late 1870s — they also had no antivirals or antibiotics as we have now — needless to say it is not all hype, and Romans 13 says listen to government that is an agent for good.

“Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God. Therefore whoever resists authority has opposed the ordinance of God; and they who have opposed will receive condemnation upon themselves.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭13:1-2‬ ‭NASB‬‬

The Corona Virus touches every life. Saved or unsaved. Many Saved people serving Our Lord have died. Many people have this Virus not by choice and not because as you would say are not saved.
We should not live in fear, but since we know what causes the virus and how we can avoid catching the virus......This puts an ease to our minds. We must protect ourselves and our families. WE are asked to stay home for 30 days to stop the people like yourself that do not want to comply with a simple STOP the Spreading. I'll take the 30 days to stay home and catch up in Bible readings, prayer, and doing house projects I have put off for a long time.

In state of Louisiana starting March 27th cases reported 2,746 until today April 4th. cases reported 12,496. Total deaths 409. Doesn't sound like a lot being compared to N.Y. but our population is so much smaller. This virus increased by 2,200 people in one day. ONE DAY!!! I don't believe it is the fear of the devil or SAVED vs UNSAVED causing these people to get sick. It is people that do not have respect their LIFE and lives of others running around unprotected.

Praying for you to be spared from this virus.
Amen

What I'm hearing more often from some unsaved people is...like a street preaher will preach about sins to come out of, and the (obviously unsaved) people will argue back that the (true)Christian who is preaching an ACCURATE message, that Jesus loves the sinners, but they must not practice it...

Lust—that’s a powerful word. Just put that on a title anywhere, a book or magazine article, a movie, and people have to check it out to see what it is because we think we have some understanding of what lust is. Yet, at the same time, people can confuse lust and love. Is there a difference...

A radio pastor I listened to a long time ago said,"A world without Christ is a cruel world."Well, I can't help but observe certain things as I go on in life, and I would have to agree. I would use the word callous,as that means unfeeling. Now Christians, what are our fruits? Compassion,outgoing...
