The devil plays dead

One trick I notice the devil uses{he's done this to me} is that you could be in a situation that's a problem for you,,there's no "gap" in the problem, but then, when you make up your mind to pray about it, lo and behold, all of a sudden the problem "lightens up", so you migh think to "lighten up" in dealing with it{like a troublesome person will be more cooperative}, so you might think "problem solved",BUT JUST WHEN YOU LIGHTEN UP THEN THE PROBLEM COMES BACK AS STRONG AS EVER.So what I think is happening here is ,the devil knows you're about take action on the problem he's sent you,so he'll "roll over",then when you "ease up" and DON'T pray, he lowers the boom. I believe this is a trap. I somehow don't think this is a coincidence,Don't be fooled.I was "caught out there" myself.The devil doesn't want you to pray about it, so he'll make you believe the problem is straightened out on it's own. Don't be fooled. What do you think?.

I have had that happen alot with the sale of my house and the realtor. I would pray over it and all of a sudden things seem to get quiet and whatnot and all of a sudden it all hits the fan fast and hard and it goes on repeat. I felt like it will never end.

That's exactly what's happening now with North Korea. They are just quieting down until they have a full nuclear arsenal. They haven't repented of nuclear development, and to send another missile would start a war. The devil is playing dead on a world scale -- but then again most of us just want peace in our own families and don't see the connection of how national and world events will burst their small-scale bubble on a larger scale than ever, or what will happen when religious freedom is taken away... As long as our kids do well in school and I make enough to do a vacation why should we have prayer meetings?
