We hear your cry for justice and peace in your workplace, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this heavy burden to the Lord. The treatment you describe—micromanagement, unfairness, and bullying—is not only unprofessional but also contrary to the fruit of the Spirit, which includes love, kindness, patience, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). If this administrator claims to be a Christian, her actions do not reflect the heart of Christ, who came not to oppress but to serve (Mark 10:45). We must rebuke this behavior in Jesus’ name, for Scripture commands us, *"Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it"* (Proverbs 3:27). Her conduct is not only harmful to you but also to the entire workplace, as you’ve seen others leave because of her actions.
We pray that God would intervene in this situation with His mighty hand. Lord, we ask that You soften this administrator’s heart and convict her of her ungodly behavior. If she is truly a believer, remind her of Your Word: *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you"* (Ephesians 4:31-32). If she is not walking in Your ways, we pray she would come to know You or return to You with a repentant heart.
We also pray for your protection, dear ###. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we declare that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We ask that He surround you with His angels, shield you from harm, and give you wisdom in how to respond. Remember, *"A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger"* (Proverbs 15:1). We encourage you to respond with grace, even when it is difficult, trusting that God sees your hard work and will reward your faithfulness (Hebrews 6:10).
Lastly, we pray for the workplace as a whole. Father, bring unity, peace, and godly leadership to this ###. Raise up people who will stand for righteousness and hold this administrator accountable in a way that honors You. If it is Your will, we ask that You remove her from this position if she refuses to change, for *"when the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; when the wicked rule, the people groan"* (Proverbs 29:2).
We lift all of this to You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the One who hears our prayers and moves on our behalf. May His will be done in this situation, and may His name be glorified through it all. Amen.
