I, a child of God, adopted into our Lord Jesus Christ's blood lineage, the same blood lineage of David, Isaac, and Abraham, just like our Lord promises to do for all His brethren, can see satan's hand in our world.
The name of Jesus is powerful. In the book of Exodus, our Lord says over and over, that He shall fight for us like He did for the Israelites when God freed them from Egyptian slavery. Each time our Lord rescued the Israelites from their trouble in the desert, God states that He heard their prayers and cries. Our Lord states multiple times that the reason He interceded in their time of trouble was because they cried out to Him.
The demons that took possession of people in the Bible knew Jesus by name. In the book of Luke, a legion of demons that took possession of a uncontrollable naked man who lived in a cemetary prayed to Jesus "repeatedly" to not throw them into a abyss of fire. They knew Jesus was going to cast them out of the possessed man, so they begged for Jesus to let them take over a herd of swine. It's clear that there is power in the name of Jesus because satan's dark forces fear Him. Jesus says Himself that He gives us a Spirit of power and not of fear or timidity. The power is to protect against satan's attacks.
Yet today, mentioning the name Jesus in the world is met with blank stares, at best, and typically, a look of disdain. But if You cry out to foreign spirits like worshipping rocks, plants, the sun, or stars or moons, You're applauded as a enlightened new age free spirit, or, at its most conservative, a ecclectic environmentalist. No one bats an eye if you mention hell or the devil. Even mentioning God is more accepted. That's much more politically correct than calling the name of Jesus.
This is all a sign of satan's influence in the world. The world blindly loves it! It's a clear sign that satan's leviathan serpentine spirits
has hatched eggs and spawned their demonic vipers in a attempt for satan to take over the world.
The bible warns against this demonic reality. Isaiah 14:29 prophesies:
"Do not rejoice, all you Philistines, that the rod that struck you is broken; from the root of that snake will spring up a viper, its fruit will be a darting, venomous serpent."
This anti-Christ uprising in the world has been so subtle that satan's presence in the world is as expected as the sun rising. This satanic tolerance is going to destroy the spirits and souls of the lost world.
From my own personal experience, satan tried to kill me before I knew Christ Jesus. I had a vague understanding that Jesus was the son of God, but I didn't know that only through Jesus we can even think of approaching God for Salvation. Jesus says it Himself in John 14:6. He says
"Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."
I can testify that this biblical verse isn't merely some sort of a nice Jesus tribute. It's a stark warning that believing in God alone isn't enough.
In my resurrection from death experience, I prayed to God, without acknowledging Jesus, thinking that God was at the top of the chain of command. I didn't understand the concept of the Holy Trinity, and that to come to God, it was necessary to go through Jesus. For this reason, our Lord resurrected me from death so I could glorify Jesus Christ. If I would have died then, I would have gone to hell because I only acknowledged God and not Jesus.
For this reason, it's clear to me that when people act in disdain at the mention of the name of Jesus, that such reaction is the work of satan. Mentioning God only is much more accepted than saying Jesus' name.
Thus, it's obvious to me that the devil himself has unleashed his dark spiritual forces into the world to diminish the name of Jesus. The devil does it because he knows that without worshipping Jesus, were doomed to hell. That's what satan wants.
This illustrates how the devil has snaked himself throughout the world. He's done it so subtlety that it's politically incorrect to mention the name of Jesus because Your seen as intolerant or a lunatic. This is a demonic ploy to steal from Jesus' kingdom.
It's the devil that causes people to react negatively to the name of Jesus. Satan has people more concerned about what other people think of them. However the bible teaches that we are not to follow the world, but to follow Jesus instead.
Romans 12:2 says
"And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God."
I for one have learned from my resurrection experience. Most of the world, though, is more concerned about popularity instead. It's the influence from satan. So I pray to our Lord Christ Jesus that He makes Himself personally known to the world and that the Holy Spirit in His remnant rise up against satan's popularity in our world so that Christ is worshipped and glorified as our God and Lord lest we get judged straight into hell.
