The age of accountability

One thing I hear about in Christian circles, and there are points made pro and con on it, is the age of accountability. The thought is, well, God is fair, so because a child can't make a decision for salvation, God "makes an exception" and shows grace. But the other side states, well, sin can't enter Heaven, and technically, we all inherited sin through our first parents,so that kid is not, technically, "sinless".And God would have to" bend the rules"to "let the kid slide" and let him enter Heaven if he dies young.Well first, I don't known what the exact"age of accountability" is,{some say 13}, but from cases I heard, kids can definitely do sinful things, like I hear adults who brag, they were smoking , or even started with drugs, when they were 12.So they are capable of sin.I tend to think, well, God knows the heart,so He knows what they WOULD DO if they reach adulthood. So, anything we can go by for the age of accountability?

Kids make sins as children e.g. stealing, telling lies, bullying others, breaking othet kids' toys... The list is long. Thats why primary socialization is important. Because as they learn to walk, talk teaching and correcting unhealthy behaviour also start. Differentiating between good and bad is intergrated. So we are pruned throughout our lives. Childrens' church/ sunday school, also play a secondary role in guiding a child. As they learn to say a first prayer they also learn to confess and ask for forgiveness. As parents we commit children to God abd promise to nurture them appropriately. The church as witness also promise to mentor the child. Children are born innocent and wgen they pray they are honest and have strong faith.

Children understand at an early age what it is to be loved by Jesus and why God should be the center of our life. Sunday School teachers have a wonderful responsibility to teach Gods word to children. They understand, they love what they hear and when they grow up they will know for sure that everything they have read and heard in Sunday School were true. Remember what God said. "You shall teach them, to your children when you are sitting down in your house and when you are walking in the way, when you lie down and when you rise up. Deut. 11.19 God said this for one single reason. To do this and obey His word. Children will never ever forget what the parents did for them when they were growing up.

I've heard some Christians talk about the "age of accountability"{but they don't actually give an age},saying that someone before a certain age doesn't understand salvation well enough to get saved, so God kind of "cuts them some slack",like if they die before this age they'll go to...
