I as that if i am really angry at someone, and really need to confront them , that i can talk to them in the most constructive way possible,  and not just be angry at them nor wish them pain of any kind i ask for help with this in juesuys christ's name  and i ask for calm and good hopeful and holyspirit inspired imaginations  to calm me down like when i was a kid and when i was just happy to be at home and respect my family.   thank you in jesus christ's name i pray amen.
