Thanksgiving

I was in an auto accident on Tuesday and had to be taken to the hospital by the paramedics. I had a CT scan and they were worried about my back and neck, but praise the Lord, I was only deeply bruised and nothing was broken. I was hit very hard from behind and do have a whip lash, but that will heal. Yesterday I was having a lot of problems with my leg and my doc was pretty sure it was muscle spasms and pinched nerves, but there was a slight possibility that there could be a blood clot in my leg. Off I went to the hospital for a test and praise the Lord again, I received a negative result. The Lord was truly watching over me and my two grand children who were in the car with me since they were not injured at all. Sometimes we tend to overlook these miracles or chalk them up to luck, but I believe the Lord was there and kept me from being injured more severely and during this most holy time of year He gave me another miracle to celebrate along with the miracle of the birth of our Saviour. Thank you Jesus for this testimony and for these people's health. yes, Lord it is in the samll everyday things that you shine more and brighter. It is in every small miracle, every day miracle where we can see your mercy and true love for us. It is just a matter of sitting down and looking around us, it is just a matter of meditating a bit about the happenings of our day before we pray and thank the Lord at night. When you do this, even for a minute or two, your eyes and your mind open into the true realm and the true dimention of the miracles that God does in our lives EVERYDAY. Thank you Jesus in you we trust.
