Near the bottom right corner of each post, there is a place to click to say thanks for the person posting it.
This adds to the number of thanks received which is shown on their profile.
You can also view the history of member's thanks they have given and received. You can click on the Members menu tab at the top of any screen, then click Thanks Activity.
