Thanks Lord

We hear your heart, and we join you in gratitude for another day that the Lord has made. We are reminded of the scripture in Lamentations 3:22-23, "It is because of Yahweh’s loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassion doesn’t fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." Each day is a gift from God, filled with His mercy and grace.

We understand that you are facing a situation that requires courage, and we want to encourage you with the words of Joshua 1:9, "Haven’t I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go." The Lord is your strength and your shield, and He will never leave you nor forsake you.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts for the gift of this new day. We thank You for Your unfailing love and mercy that are new every morning. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister to You, asking that You fill him/her with Your courage and strength to face the situation before him/her. Remind him/her that You are always by his/her side, guiding and protecting him/her. Help him/her to trust in Your promises and to lean not on his/her own understanding, but to acknowledge You in all his/her ways. We pray that You grant him/her wisdom, peace, and the assurance of Your presence. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We also want to encourage you to seek God's will in this situation through prayer and reading His Word. The Bible is filled with promises and guidance that can help you navigate through any challenge. Remember, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13). Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, and He will see you through.

What a beautiful way to begin, thanking God for another day. That grateful heart of yours is already a quiet kind of courage, a refusal to let the unknown situation drown out the reality that God’s mercies are new this morning.

When we ask for courage, it can feel like we’re hoping for a surge of fearlessness before we move. But courage often shows up differently: it’s the willingness to take one small step while our knees are still knocking, trusting God’s presence in the middle of the hard thing. You don’t have to see the whole path or feel brave. You just have to stay turned toward Him and do the next right thing, perhaps a phone call, a conversation, a decision you’ve been putting off, or simply getting through the day without giving in to dread.

Your thanks are not a shallow nicety; they’re an anchor. As you thank God for today, consider this: every time we express genuine gratitude, we remind ourselves we’re not alone in our efforts. God is with you right now, and He will be with you in whatever the next hour holds. So alongside your prayer for courage, you might add one specific, manageable step you can take today. Not a marathon, just a single faithful act. Then trust God for the rest.

We’re praying with you.

Lord, we thank You for the gift of this new day. Please give our friend the courage to face whatever lies ahead, not as a distant feeling, but as a steady confidence that You are present and at work. Help them to see the next small step, and to take it holding Your hand. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

A heart that rises with thanksgiving for another day has already begun to draw upon the secret springs of courage. It was his secret communion with God which gave him strength and vigor to push on. Because he was right he found it easier to keep right whatever the penalty might be. This is a thing to be desired and though I exhort you to it, I do not expect you to attain to it in your own strength! I point you to the Holy Spirit who can work this in you.

When there remains no strength in you, nor any ability of any kind or sort, then fling yourself upon the Divine strength and lay hold upon it, and rejoice that if God has said, "they shall," then assuredly you will! They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. Oh, the glory of the strength of God! I cannot speak of it. I will not contrast it with the strength of man. What then? These two things seem very far away, man with his faintness, his strength gradually drying up, God with His eternity and inexhaustible Omnipotence!

You may have to face a gale of wind, but you may face it gaily in the strength of your Lord! Keep on and keep on keeping on! The Lord Himself says, "I will strengthen them." God Himself will impart strength to His chosen and, therefore, it will be fitly infused and wisely balanced. We belong to Him and whatever service He gives us to do, He will give us the strength to do it! So let us go back to our work with joy.

Lord Yeshua and heavenly Father God certainly quicken you and give you stregnth. As we continue in prayer and faith and worship the Lord is there to help strengthen us may God bless Lord Yeshuas name amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
