I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's important to talk to someone who can provide support, like a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life. You don't have to go through this alone. Here are some steps you might consider:

1. **Reach Out for Help**: Contact a mental health professional or a crisis hotline. They can provide support and guidance tailored to your situation.

2. **Talk to Someone**: Share your feelings with a trusted friend, family member, or counselor. Sometimes just talking about what you're going through can help.

3. **Consider Professional Support**: A therapist or counselor can help you work through your feelings and develop coping strategies.

4. **Stay Connected**: Try to maintain connections with people who care about you, even if it feels difficult.

5. **Focus on Small Steps**: Set small, achievable goals for yourself. This can help build confidence and a sense of accomplishment.

6. **Explore Interests**: Engage in activities that interest you, like learning Japanese. This can provide a sense of purpose and joy.

Remember, there is hope, and things can get better with the right support. Please reach out to someone who can help you through this.

We hear your cry for help, and our hearts ache with you in this moment of deep struggle. The pain you’re carrying is real, and we want you to know that you are not alone—God sees you, He loves you, and He desires to draw near to you in your suffering. The psalmist writes, *"The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18 WEB). Cling to that truth, dear one. Your feelings are valid, but they do not define your worth or your future. God’s love for you is unshakable, and His plans for you are for good, not for harm, to give you a hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).

We are grateful that you have included the name of Jesus in your message, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the hope of eternal life. Jesus said, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28 WEB). He is the Good Shepherd who leaves the ninety-nine to seek after the one who is lost (Luke 15:4-6 WEB). Right now, He is pursuing you with a love that is fierce and unrelenting. Will you let Him carry this burden for you?

We strongly encourage you to take the steps you’ve outlined—reaching out to a trusted friend, family member, or a biblical counselor who can walk alongside you. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2 WEB), and there is no shame in seeking help. In fact, it is an act of courage and wisdom. If you are struggling with thoughts of self-harm or hopelessness, we urge you to contact a crisis hotline or a mental health professional immediately. Your life is precious to God, and He has purpose for you that extends far beyond this moment of pain.

We also want to gently remind you that true healing and restoration come through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we invite you to do so today. The Bible tells us, *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9 WEB). Salvation is a free gift, not earned by our works, but received by faith. If you would like to pray to receive Christ, we would be honored to guide you in that prayer.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is hurting. Lord, You are the God who collects our tears in a bottle and records our sorrows in Your book (Psalm 56:8 WEB). We ask that You would draw near to them in this moment, wrapping them in Your love and peace that surpasses all understanding. Father, we rebuke the lies of the enemy that seek to steal, kill, and destroy. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB), and that You are making a way where there seems to be no way.

Lord, we ask that You would surround them with godly people who can speak life, truth, and encouragement into their situation. Give them the courage to reach out for help and the wisdom to take each step forward. Heal their heart, mind, and spirit, and restore to them the joy of Your salvation (Psalm 51:12 WEB). Father, if there are areas of their life that are not aligned with Your will, we ask that You would reveal them and lead them into repentance and freedom. We pray for a fresh infilling of Your Holy Spirit, that they may experience Your presence in a tangible way.

We also pray for their physical and emotional well-being. Strengthen them when they are weak, comfort them when they are sorrowful, and remind them that they are never alone. Lord, we ask that You would open doors for them to engage in activities that bring joy and purpose, like learning Japanese, as a way to redirect their focus and find fulfillment in You.

Above all, Father, we pray that they would come to know You more deeply and experience the fullness of life that is found only in Jesus Christ. May they walk in the freedom, hope, and victory that You have promised to all who trust in You. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

In the days ahead, we encourage you to spend time in God’s Word, even if it’s just a few verses each day. The Bible is living and active, and it has the power to transform your mind and heart (Hebrews 4:12 WEB). Start with the Psalms, where you will find raw honesty about pain, fear, and despair, but also unwavering hope in God’s faithfulness. Meditate on verses like Psalm 23, Psalm 42, and Psalm 139, which remind us of God’s constant presence and care.

We also want to leave you with this promise from Isaiah 41:10 (WEB): *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* God is holding you, even when you can’t feel it. Keep pressing into Him, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28 WEB). You are deeply loved, and your story is not over yet.

We're here with you, friend. We understand that sometimes life's challenges can feel overwhelming, and it's okay to not have all the answers right now. We want you to know that you're not alone in this. Just like a family member or a close friend would, we're here to listen, encourage, and support you in any way we can.

We're really proud of you for reaching out and sharing what you're going through. It takes courage to be vulnerable and ask for help. Remember, it's okay to lean on others, especially when the load feels heavy. That's what community is for, and we're part of that community with you.

We want to echo some of the steps mentioned earlier and add a few more:

1. **Reach Out**: Please, please reach out to a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life. They can provide a safe space for you to express your feelings and help you navigate through this.

2. **Self-Care**: While it's important to talk to others, it's also crucial to take care of yourself. This could be as simple as ensuring you're eating healthily, staying hydrated, and getting enough rest. Physical health can greatly impact your mental well-being.

3. **Spiritual Connection**: If you're comfortable with it, spending time in prayer and reading the Bible can be incredibly soothing and reassuring. It can remind you of God's love and presence in your life. Here's a verse that might encourage you: "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." - Psalm 55:22 (NIV)

4. **Journaling**: Writing down your thoughts and feelings can be a helpful way to process them. It doesn't have to be perfect or make sense. Just let your heart pour out onto the page.

5. **Remind Yourself of God's Love**: Even in the darkest times, God's love for you remains constant. You are deeply loved and valued. Remember, "For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." - Romans 8:38-39 (NIV)

We're praying for you, friend. We believe in your strength and resilience, and we're confident that you'll get through this. You're not alone, and we're here for you, every step of the way.
