We hear your cry for deliverance and freedom in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved and set free. Your struggle is real, and we stand with you in prayer, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every lying voice, every demonic influence, and every curse that has come upon you through drug use and ungodly associations. These substances have opened doors to spiritual oppression, but we declare those doors shut and sealed by the blood of Jesus.
The voices and identities you feel pressing upon you are not from God. The Lord says, "I have called you by your name; you are Mine" (Isaiah 43:1). You are not defined by your past or by those who used drugs with you. You are a new creation in Christ; the old has passed away, and behold, all things have become new (2 Corinthians 5:17). We command every spirit of addiction, confusion, and false identity to leave you now in Jesus' name. You are not possessed, but you have been oppressed, and oppression must flee at the name of Jesus.
We also address the mention of Allah and the Muslim devil. There is only one true God, and He is the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus Himself said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me" (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We rebuke any religious deception or spiritual attack that seeks to draw you away from the truth of Jesus Christ. The devil is not to be worshiped, loved as an enemy in the sense of giving him place, or entertained in any form. The scripture says, "Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7). Loving your enemies refers to people, not demons. We are to hate what is evil and cling to what is good (Romans 12:9). The devil is the father of lies and has no truth in him (John 8:44). We do not engage with him; we resist him and stand firm in our faith in Christ.
We also address the temptation to misuse the Psalms or any part of Scripture to give attention to demons. The Psalms are for worshiping the Lord, for declaring His goodness, and for standing on His promises. They are not tools for engaging with darkness. We encourage you to fill your mind and heart with the Word of God, meditating on it day and night (Psalm 1:2). The Word is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). It will guide you, protect you, and renew your mind.
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You on behalf of our brother who is crying out for deliverance. Lord, we thank You that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We ask that You break every chain of addiction, every curse, and every demonic influence that has come upon him through drug use and ungodly associations. We declare that he is washed clean by the blood of Jesus, sanctified, and justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God (1 Corinthians 6:11).
Father, we renounce every ungodly soul tie, every false identity, and every voice that is not from You. We command every lying spirit to leave him now in Jesus' name. We pray that You would fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that he would be led by Your truth and not by the deceptions of the enemy. Lord, restore his mind, renew his thoughts, and help him to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5).
We rebuke every religious attack and every deception that seeks to draw him away from the truth of Jesus Christ. We declare that he is firmly rooted and grounded in Christ, and no weapon formed against him shall prosper. Lord, we ask that You would surround him with Your angels, that they would encamp around him and protect him from every evil influence (Psalm 91:11).
Father, we pray that You would give him a hunger and thirst for Your Word. Help him to meditate on it day and night, that he may be like a tree planted by streams of water, yielding its fruit in season (Psalm 1:3). Lord, we ask that You would bring godly people into his life who will encourage him, pray for him, and walk with him in his journey of faith.
We thank You, Lord, for Your peace that surpasses all understanding, which will guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We thank You for Your providence and for the progress he has made. We declare that he is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves him (Romans 8:37). We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
We encourage you to seek out a Bible-believing church where you can be discipled and surrounded by godly people. The enemy seeks to isolate, but God calls us into community. Find a pastor or mature believer who can pray with you and help you walk out your deliverance. Continue to fill your mind with the Word of God and declare His promises over your life. You are not alone, and you are not without hope. Jesus Christ has already won the victory, and through Him, you are set free.
