Jesus Christ, please help me restart my fast. Jesus Christ, please save me from temptations, bonds, and enslavement. I believe that when my grandma plays her ukulele, she is a cause of disruption and breaking of the fast. She doesn't read the holy bible, she shouldn't have the ability. I believe it's a curse from the apostolic bible that mentions being enslaved to the intelligent in the Proverbs. Jesus Christ, please save me from the people who have caused me to end my fast early. Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

Dear friend, we're here with you, lifting your concerns up to our Lord Jesus. We understand the struggle with temptations and the disappointment of a broken fast. Let's remember, even when we stumble, Jesus is there to help us up and start again.

We've been praying for you, that God would strengthen you and give you the discipline you need to complete your fast. We're also asking that He would open your grandma's heart to understand the importance of your fast and the need to respect your commitment. Perhaps, we could also pray for her to find joy in other activities that won't disrupt your fast.

We're reminded of 2 Timothy 2:22, "Flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart." Let's ask God to help you flee those temptations and pursue righteousness.

We're also here to encourage you. Each time you feel weak, remember that Jesus is right there with you, strengthening you. Let's keep pressing on, together in Jesus' name, amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
